I have both my home and auto insurance with The Reilly Company and feel they are very knowledgeable and attentive. I work directly with Courtney Coffman and have been very pleased with how friendly and responsive she has been. She is readily available to give suggestions or answer any questions. It seems things have gone downhill quickly for an account management perspective. Lack of updates, and highly fragmented insurance policies make it impossible to keep track and The Reilly company has added little to no value on this front. Really disappointed in the lack of initiative and communication although at one time, when we first started using them as a broker, it was great
