Called in to have our coverage transferred for when we move. Chris made it extremely easy to transfer and get all set up. With all the stress and headaches that moving across country causes it was nice to talk to someone that was easy going. He was genuinely trying to make it as easy as possible for me. Would recommend this office to anyone.

Bo Huffman was very professional and timely with every single one of my questions. I just needed a year of renters insurance which is a very small client in many regards, but even still I was treated like family and given the best experience I’ve had with an insurance agent. I have been extremely pleased and ecstatic over the customer service I received from the agents at this particular site. I have also been pleased with the response overall in regards to state farm. My daughter was in an accident 10 days after becoming insured not her fault. And the response from the agents in the claims department have been so supportive been extremely helpful in getting everything taken care of in a speedy reliable way communicating with me the entire time. I just recently transferred to this agency. Just a great agency to work with. Brenda is outstanding, very professional, attention to detail and follows through on follow up. Although I haven't talked to Cyndi but once, she seems to be of the same nature. Very glad I switched to this agency. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for all your help
