It's difficult to go it alone! It can feel overwhelming just to get started. Alone, there's no one to hold you accountable, no one to motivate you and no goals to strive for. You know the places: Dirty, Smelly and filled with Punks and Tough-guy types. They put up a good front but, look deeper and you'll see the truth.
One of the highest forms of respect is to properly care for your body. This takes precedence over everything else, because without a healthy body little else can be achieved. You'll build Muscle, Shred inches and Burn Fat. Additionally you'll become Confident and relieve Stress. And while shaping up you'll learn Powerful Self-Defense and be able to defend yourself and loved ones.
You would need a yoga class to gain flexibility, a spin class or long run for cardio and then you'll need to hit the weights to build muscle. With our class you'll gain those benefits immediately. Our Martial Arts classes will get you mentally involved, allowing you to leave your problems behind. Contrast that with 'normal' exercise.
We'll use our step-by-step approach. First we begin with a private lessons and then move on to a beginner level group. As skills and fitness improve you can advance to more challenging levels to ensure your results continue. They know the best methods to build strength, stamina and how to 'cycle' the training for best results.

I've been attending classes at this location since it opened, and before at the WestSide location. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will adjust class to meet your physical needs (I broke my arm, unrelated, and the instructors helped me continue to work on other aspects of technique and training while in a cast!).
Not for the faint of heart. Workouts are hard, but definitely worth it for me. I never get bored, I always leave class relaxed and happy.

I’ve been attending Sarkine’s Total Warrior at the Fishers location since the fall of 2020. While I had the desires to improve my body’s capabilities, my deeper aspiration was to invest myself in something that would help heal me mentally and characteristically.

I joined the school in December of 2019. When I started I was overweight, had constant soreness in my knees and was never able to stick to exercise regularly for longer than a few weeks. I have since lost 30 pounds, my knees haven't felt better in over 20 years and I never miss a weekday class unless I absolutely have to. I started because I wanted to get in better shape but ended up really loving kickboxing. Ray and James are tough but excellent and friendly teachers. I plan on sticking with the program for a long time.

I’ve been attending the north side school for 6 months now. I initially started the program because, like many of you, I gained weight as I got older and it got worse during lockdown. My health was deteriorating. I knew a gym membership wouldn’t do me any good because I’ve had them and end up not going. After taking trial classes with Ray, I enjoyed what I was learning and the level of work I was doing in class. In this short time, I have lost 30 pounds (over 10% of my body weight), my pulse rate is lowering, and my blood pressure is getting back down to normal. The key has been to get off

My 6 year old daughter has been pressing me to sign her up for martial arts. I did a Google search and this gym came up. I saw they offered a trial class, so I submitted a request and then called them because I didn't see any prices online and I wanted to get more info. So when I called, James, a business manager answered. I felt his tone was aggressive and he was slightly condescending. He over-talked me a lot, and when I asked questions for clarification of what I felt was "fast talk", he rudely says "if you would let me finish"..... I then ask him about the trial

Interested in martial arts and are willing to commit yourself, you will not be disappointed. You will learn to defend yourself and have a great time doing it. If you come ready to listen, learn, and work you can achieve a lot. The owner and instructors are very friendly and any questions you have, they answer to help you improve. These classes will push you, improve you, and hopefully like me, will make your day more enjoyable. They do what they can for their students. As long as I live in Indiana, I will attend classes here.

My child's school has closed due to Covid-19. I called to put my child's account on hold for 1 month to see how this plays out and not subject him unnecessarily to the close body contact this virus spreads by.
I was repeatedly told
"you're on contract"
"If your child gets sick we will take a note from the doctor"
so our children have to get Covid-19 before they will take it serious.
I am not so sure that I want to send my son to a place that does not have his health and safety as a top priority.
I asked what happens when we die then who's paying this

As a college professor who started in February 2019, I love the contrast that Total Warrior provides at the end of the day. All the stress and daily concerns are brushed to the further corners of my mind while I learn vital life skills in a safe and supportive environment. The instructors, Ray and James, are also highly knowledge and personable. If you want to get a good workout and learn some practical martial arts, Sarkine's Total Warrior is the place to go. I cannot describe in words the gains in self-esteem and discipline that I've made from the lessons here. The instructors have many years of experience and are patient in educating students. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn martial arts or simply get into good shape!

My daughter has been attending Sarkine's since November 2018 and we absolutely love it! James and Ray are amazing instructors and teach discipline, confidence and skill. Exercise extreme caution before signing anything. Like any business that sells you a workout plan, you are just as accountable for attending the classes as they are holding up their end of the deal. However, I experienced a breakdown on their end immediately.
The private lesson that I was given as my first free lesson was very encouraging. I was excited about losing that extra 20 pounds and was preyed upon by these sales people. I started taking classes at 50 years old. It has been a great decision! The workouts are some of the best work outs I have ever done. I am in better shape now than when I played athletics. Ray and James are great instructors that really care about their students well being. You are learning some great self defense and fighting skills along with an amazing workout. All the students at the school are great to work with as well. Everyone works to help each other get better. Highly recommended for people of all ages and fitness levels.

I started training about a year ago and I've had a great experience! The instructors are great and really help you focus on what you want to improve on. Since I've began training I've felt like I have improved in may different areas of my life, not just in martial arts. I am definitely glad I chose this program to start my martial arts journey and I plan to continue with it!

Going to the first free trial by myself was a big jump out of my comfort zone. The very first class I felt very welcomed. The instructors were nice and took time to show me some of the basics. I decided to continue with the program and have been going for 7 months now. I have learned a lot of life skills along with martial arts. I have improved in many aspects of my life including physically and mentally. I have gained more self confidence and courage to push myself out of my comfort zone. I'm happy with my choice to continue with this program and look forward to a great workout every week.

I just started going to class twice a week about a month and a half ago. I’ve already lost about 20 lbs during that short time period. This is a great gym. The facility is top notch! I’m learning so much and it really works! I never had any martial arts training before starting class but I’ve been doing great. They put you in class with people who are in the same experience level as you are so your all learning together. The traing has a really great team feeling. Everyone has been so welcoming and really wants you to be successful. Come check it out you’ll be happy you did!
