They towed my sons car. Trying to get it back is literally impossible! We were told $245 to get it the night it was towed or $195 the next day. Now it’s $230 to get it so the price was upped overnight. No one is at the location to get the car. I’ve called several times. Was told to call an hour ahead of time and it’s cash only! I called an hour ahead of time and now being told it’s going to be another half hour. Plus the guy hung up on me when I said this was insane! Worst company ever and very unprofessional!

I had a bad experience with 813 Towing Service. Spoke with Frank who was helpful but the Manager Jose was really rude/unprofessional and was adamant about not letting me get my car even though the apartment complex told him and his higher ups to release my car due to a error on their end.
Even though I eventually got my car back after waiting there for about a hour, I just hope this review gets to the right hands because that Jose guy needs to be fired....

We were stranding on I-75 and our road service plan was ineffective and not helping us. Road Ranger service put me in touch with Hamman at 813 Towing and Transport who “rescued” us...his services were professional & skilled and more than reasonable. He arranged to tow us to a site which next day fixed our problem and got us back on the road. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful!

We were out of town and were stranded on the highway with a flat and no spare. I called my insurance company and the tow company they called for us had an eta over 2 hrs. The road ranger that stopped out with us gave me another wrecker to call so we could get out of there before the tire places closed. I called and got 813 Towing. Junior called me directly and was out there in no time. 813 Towing was cheaper and Junior was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 813 Towing.
