Yoga Bliss
Our beautiful boutique studio primarily offers heated vinyasa flow classes for all levels. We teach classes at a tropical temperature of 85*F to increase flexibility, promote detoxification, and heighten relaxation. We welcome yogis of all levels as we encourage you to challenge your body while having the consciousness to take a break at any time that you need.

Our experienced instructors will give modifications to teach students at any level. By slightly elevating the body temperature, the immune system is enhanced. White blood cells and antibodies are activated, which can help to fight off colds and viruses. Heat relaxes the body, decreasing anxiety and elevating the function of the nervous system.

We expect your full commitment for this time, but we understand that life happens. If you absolutely need to miss a day or two, you can make up the time by working with your classmates or with us directly to catch up on material. This program is designed to help you to discover more acceptance and bliss in all aspects of your life.

I only have great things to say. Lara always manages to capture exactly what I need in a class. She also tailors classes to create a welcoming environment, explaining poses if there are newcomers, and offering modifications if you’ve been attending for a while. She greets everyone by name when you come in. She’s genuinely the kindest human ever. I love Yoga Bliss and always look forward to classes there

I have really missed going to Yoga Bliss this past year. Lara and her instructors are all amazing and the classes are always well paced with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Boutique studio without all the ego of "fancy" yoga studios that dominate LA.

There are only about 3 classes a day, one in the morning and two in the afternoon so the evening ones are too crowded that you can't even stretch out your arms without touching the sweaty person next to you. On the plus side, this makes the rates cheaper than other bigger studios in the area. The instructors are not on an elevated platform so unless you are in the front rows, you won't be able to see and follow what she is doing so you rely on her verbal instructions which now leads to another problem. The 2 instructors I've been to talk really fast and probably not loud enough for the ones in

AMAZING yoga studio! I've been coming for the past month and every time I go, I enjoy it more & more. I'm really new to Yoga and thanks to the instructors here at Yoga Bliss I'm feeling much better about it.

It's a cute, small place, but with a lot of heart and a lot of good energy. I highly recommend! :)

I looked at several yoga studios before coming to Los Angeles on vacation. I selected Yoga Bliss after a 7-hour drive because of its location and Friday afternoon Yin class. I arrived fifteen minutes before class and the studio was locked and no one was there. The schedule posted next to the door did not have the yin class on it so I did not stay. I went back on Sunday for restorative class. When I arrived, I let the gal at the front desk know that their posted schedule was different than their online schedule. She said she would let the owner know. I also told her that I came for the yin class

This place is awesome! It's a small, welcoming, good vibes kind of place! Lara- the owner- is awesome! Go female entrepreneurs!

That was a lot of exclamation points but you get it, right? This place makes you feel like a burgeoning yogi and meets you where you're at- at whatever level.

The heat is nice but not overwhelming. I'd recommend bringing a towel for your mat and some water. I typically arrive 5-10 mins early to get a spot and do some light stretching. Parking is easy- there's a large lot or street parking (huge bonus)

Hope to see you there!

UPDATE - Took another 5 classes and enjoyed all of them!

Lara and Ellina are still great. I got the chance to take classes by Nadia and Denise this time around.

Nadia was so caring and attentive. She asked around to see if there were any injuries and I let her know that my hip was a little painful from running the previous day. She let me know how to modify my stances and checked on me during the class. That being said, I think I might have enjoyed her class the most. My whole body was crying by the end of the class and it was truly a great workout. I felt it everywhere in my body.

I love this little studio. Laura puts her heart and soul into this and it shows. The studio is clean and calm, and while small, it still feels spacious enough that I can retreat into my inner self. Great prices, too! Attentive, mindful teachers who make sure I get an amazing workout while also staying safe and injury-free. Shout out to Renisha and her sweet Friday night class, which was my first official yoga class!!

I've taken two classes with Lara and I believe I've found the yoga instructor I've been looking for. I'm currently participating in the restorative sessions and after only two sessions I feel what Lara is capable of. She has a deep knowledge of yoga practice and her classes flow with exeprtice and organic fluidity. There is nothing to prove here, except the depth of our ability to heal our souls and challenge our self imposed limitations. Thank you Lara. I'm so happy this place is here.

As a teacher and student, I can say that this studio has the best energy. The teachers and students are loving and supportive. Lara is seriously one of the sweetest people I know--true embodiment of a yogi... and she treats her teachers well, which is surprisingly rare. Classes are offered mostly at night, but there are morning classes every day but Friday. Bliss also offers incredible workshops, including monthly sound baths with fawntice (the best sound healer around), restorative yoga and massage, acroyoga, and many others. Definitely a great neighborhood studio.

I was a little skeptical going in because I'm used to practicing in larger studios so I wasn't sure how comfortable I'd be in a much smaller space. To my surprise, the classes never felt claustrophobic or crowded, even when the room was full.

Lara, the owner, has great flow to her classes. I always felt challenged but comfortable staying within my limits. She's also welcoming, positive, and unique with a great story. She remembered my name after one class!

Ellina's classes are great too, more of an intense workout, and were always at capacity so come early!

I love

Knowledgeable yogis and a friendly supportive community is what you'll get with Yoga Bliss. I've been doing yoga a little less than a year, and I'm still very much an amateur, but this studio is one of the ones that's really clicked me. I like the variety of classes and convenience of the location, and everyone's great! I'm looking forward to deepening my practice with Lara & team.

Great neighborhood vibe, translates to community rather than just a class. Sweet owner with a fascinating physique which seemed to explain the moves on its own, in a way I hadn't yet observed. Hot yoga, but with clean wood floors.
Rare surpises: a hot studio with mood lighting! Fantastic! Thank the good lord they have candlelit classes and sound baths, although i haven't yet had time. One of the best surprises, for me, was the window in the facing wall that went through the the adjacent room, lit like a diorama. Just like a bindhi to remind us of the 3rd eye, the symbolism walked

The best yoga studio in Westchester? I don't think so.
More like The Best Yoga Studio in the whole South Bay.
I was introduced to Yoga Bliss by Renisha who is a great instructor. Her style is combo Vinyasa/Power which is a great workout. Due to my schedule I have been going to Milena's class. Turns out, she's just as good. They've both gotten me to try the most challenging poses and I feel I got a good workout after every class. The temperature in the class is raised to 85 degrees which is just enough to warm me up and loosen tight muscles but not overwhelming hot

It has been a year since this studio has opened up and I can say that the excellent quality of the classes have not changed! I feel that one of the essential qualities of a yogi is the cadence of his/her voice. Lara has the voice of an angel - soothing, easy to listen to, and can sing beautifully (as you will find out at the end of a session)! The studio is cozy, quaint and clean.

The pace of the classes start off slow and pick up as the class progresses. She also goes into more challenging poses and encourages everyone in a very nurturing way.

My husband and I love hot yoga. We've been looking for a studio near us since we moved in the area over five years ago. We are partial to our studio in Santa Monica, but from the Westchester area to Santa Monica, while close, can take a good 1-1/2 hours to get there AND to find parking!

Found Yoga Bliss on Groupon. Figured we should give it a try. Can't lose, right? Well, we didn't lose, WE WON! We loved the personal, intimate studio. And Lara was wonderful. She was gentle in her adjustments and excellent in describing the move.So glad we found this place and it's just a few

Yoga Bliss is a lovely, intimate studio perfect for yogis of all levels. The studio consists of one practice room and a small lounge; there are generally 3-4 classes available daily and plenty of different affordable class package options.

Lara and the other very talented instructors lead challenging vinyasa flow classes, which typically include a peak pose where we work on a higher level arm balance or inversion. The classes are notable for their amazing soundtracks, inventive use of props, and mini massages/adjustments. Try out the candlelit restorative flow for a super relaxing treat- you

I've been doing yoga for around 13 years on and off and I have taken many classes over the years with all kinds of instructors. I have to say, Lara's classes are definitely right at the top. Her classes infuse your yoga practice with a calming presence and really helps bring you to a point of pure relaxation. She doesn't just help you stretch your muscles, but your mind and spirit too!

Her studio is immaculately cared for and very cozy. Sure beats some yoga studios out there... You know what I'm talking about... the ones where the floor is dirty and musty with sweat... Yoga

Great new yoga studio! I just did my first class yesterday with Lara and I feel amazing. I've dealt with a lot of lower back pain over the last decade, and the class really helped me open up my entire body. I generally struggle with knowing how to "flow" in yoga, Lara's instruction was so clear that I think I got most of it down. I still need to work on my technique, but the positive encouragement makes me want to keep improving!

Can't say enough about this great studio. Other things that make it great are: it's clean, intimate, easy parking, and the Manduka yoga
