I had to reschedule my tow 3 times because the first time they forgot I had even scheduled a tow then they proceeded to be 2 hours late before giving me any kind of call. Dispatch told me that they would be at the pick up location within 60 minutes but it ended up taking 3 more hours. They're very affordable b but use affordable towing equipment and logistics. I wouldn't recommend if your trying to get a tow quickly.

Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. They costed me a lot of time, money and headache at a very desperate time sensitive situation. My car broke down at 3 pm. Right after a surgical procedure too. I had to get my car to the dealership by 6. Guess what? They far more than MISSED that deadline. They said it would be around 45 minutes. I waited a whole hour and checked in and I got put on hold. So long, that the line just dropped or they hung up. I called a little again after and they claimed traffic held the driver back. Just 20 more minutes. For the next- TWO. WHOLE. HOURS. I kept calling them

If I could give ZERO star I would!! These people are rude and unprofessional... I usually use another company as they do not charge 1st 5 miles and its a $85 hook up but they were 2 hours out so had the unfortunate pleasure of requesting tow. They said 30 minutes. They quoted me $100 to $180 and I had to give them a card to put on file but woukd not charge it i could pay cash to driver. Oh and if i cancel tow they will bill my card a 49.00 cancel fee.. I explicitly told them flat front tire need tow tire not inflatable. Keep in mind it is hot out and I have my 1 month old with me and they were

I had a bunch of hassle trying to get a tow through my insurance so I just cancelled it and ended up calling Easy Towing. The guy on the line was polite and informative. The tow driver Izzy arrived within 40 minutes like the first guy said he would. Izzy was super polite, knowledgeable, and not a creep (a bonus in my book). 10/10 will call again if I end up stuck again (fingers crossed I don't need to)

After waiting countless hours for my insurance to show up, I gave up and called Easy Towing. They were so kind and completely emphasized with my situation. Within 45 minutes someone was sent out to help me! Chris R was so nice and patient since I was in a hard to get to location! He changed my flat tire in ten minutes and had me on my way safely! Really appreciate their service.

Easy Towing provided me with excellent and professional service. I had the opportunity of meeting Chris and he arrived within 15 minutes after I waited for AAA for over 2 1/2 hours. I called Easy Towing and explained my situation in which the response was immediate. Chris was careful in getting my car loaded on his flatbed truck. I had to ride to dealership with him and he made me feel comfortable and the inside of truck was very clean. Very Pleasant Experience.. Definitely Professional.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!! Poor service and fraudulent. Called at 8:15 at night and they told me a driver would be in touch. Driver did not call so I began calling other places. Called to cancel and they insisted on charging me $49 even though they could not even call back to let me know how log I'd be stranded.

Somehow the price for the tow I requested doubled in between us talking and the driver arriving. The driver was polite but wouldn't budge on his ridiculous $250 price. That was more than double the quotes I had gotten from other companies! Now ill have to deal with the stupid 50 dollar cancelation fee.... I'd recommend you steer clear!
