I had been reluctant to go the dentist during the pandemic. I was appreciative of the measures taken at the office to protect both the patients and the staff. The hygienist was both very professional and personable. She made me feel as my business was appreciated. As always I have nothing but the upmost respect for Dr. Moon. He is always very professional. Every time I have visited this office he is very busy multitasking, but never makes you feel as you are being rushed.

Best staff, from the receptionist to the technicians, to Dr. Moon himself. Friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been a patient since Dr. Moon came to this office, and have always gotten the best care and treatments. As a matter of fact, my children and grandchildren all go to East Rochester Dentistry for all their dental care and work. Never had one complaint from any of us about this crew!
