Outstanding office!
I’ve shadowed this dentist a few times now. He is really great helping kids feel comfortable and he does his work quickly so that the kids don’t get impatient and start moving around. I also like that he informs the kids as well as the parents. It helps the kids feel empowered and take responsibility for the health of their teeth!

Very average dental practice and no complaints about the service. It's the billing here that's an issue. They send invoices after service and don't offer the option to pay online. They are also closed during the lunch hour and you're guaranteed to wait on hold to make a payment. What could take a few minutes to process online, takes 10+ over the phone. Why are they making it hard to pay them?

Very disappointed! I came here with my 2 boys for a second opinion. Before I even made the appointment I mentioned at the front desk the kids does not need to make any other X ray as they already done at the previous dentist and all I need is a Second Opinion . I've been asked the name of their dentist and they said they are going to contact them and transfer the X ray to their office . Needless to say the appointment day came and I was told at the front desk that they were not able to get the boys XRays and they are going to do today new ones for no charge ! Every time I do a procedure with Copper Cove Pediatric Dentistry the end up coming back and charging me more than the estimated amount for some reason or another. The latest was because they accidentally applied my insurance twice. I started receiving bills with no explanation. I called to receive an explanation, but they did not call me back. Then the had the audacity to charge me a late fee. Even though the were at fault they still insisted I pay the extra amount. They make hundreds on my 3 children and wouldn't waive I measly 30 dollars when it was their fault. Terrible business practice and

We love Copper Cove! All 3 of my kids see Dr. Troy and he is amazing! The staff is great as well. During our last visit, Nikki was so cute with my 3 year old. All of our combined excellent experiences make dentist trips something to look forward to! The fish tank and boat to play in are definite bonuses as well. I would definitely recommend Copper Cove!

Absolutely had the best experience here! Went for my newborns lip tie and they were amazing friendly and worked with me financially. I wish they saw adults even! I was able to break up my cost into three payments and also they did the procedure same day which wasn't even expected but they knew I was in a rush since I go back to work soon. I plan to return and recommend them whole heartedly!

I took my daughter and son here in 2018. I was quoted $215 for my daughters work. She had the work done, and I was told while she was waking up that it was a mistake and it was actually $500 more. Then I received a bill for another $300. My daughter also had a tooth abscess between the time they examined her and day her work was supposed to be done. I called the office and they said no dentist was in and there was not one on call and I would have to wait over the weekend. They then charged me to extract the tooth when I had gone to another dentist to get that done. The office staff is friendly

Absolutely love Copper Cove Pediatric Dentistry Doctors and staff. Not only do my children like going to the dentist, but they have always been very prompt and very personable to me and my children. We had to get a filling for my 5 year old son today and we were in and out in 30 min and didn't even shed a tear!
