If you've tried everything you can think of to feel something different but nothing seems to work. I have a background as a yoga teacher and I've been been a mindfulness & meditation practitioner for over a decade. My passion and heart lay in the union of depth psychology and somatic psychology.

With a combination of Eastern and Western psychology, I incorporate traditional talk therapy with somatic practices such as breathing exercises, energetics, visualization, meditation, and sometimes even yoga postures depending on what is appropriate for each individual.

We all experience anxiety in life, some anxiety is healthy and normal like when we are experiencing something new or different (going on an interview, waiting on a phone call about a medical results, going on a new adventure, moving, etc). Some major changes in life are exciting and good. Others not so much.
We all experience anxiety in life, some anxiety is healthy and normal like when we are experiencing something new or different (going on an interview, waiting on a phone call about a medical results, going on a new adventure, moving, etc). However, when anxiety becomes unmanageable, it can affect and interfere with all aspects of your life: work, school, relationships, hobbies, etc.
Some major changes in life are exciting and good. Others not so much. Even with positive changes, you may experience anxiety, stress, worry, or grief. Whether you are in the midst of big or small life transitions, some changes can be difficult to traverse alone. The liminal space is the unknown, the boundary, or the threshold which occurs in times of transition.
