We are a customer oriented property management firm located only a few blocks from downtown at 1435 Augusta Street. Most rentals are within a 20 mile radius of the City of Greenville.
An experienced property manager will visit your site and advise you on the factors that will affect the successful long-term results of renting your property. It is difficult to approve you as a renter unless we have some means of determining how you pay your bills. Gross monthly income MUST be at least (3) times monthly rent, and must be verifiable in writing. Satisfactory rental and credit references must be at least 12 months in duration and family members are not acceptable.

Wanted to rent a place from them and explained that I work 12-16 hour days at a hospital (as a resident) and could only come by after I got off work. They told me to swing by, that the apartment would be open. It wasn't. No one answered phone calls. There wasn't even a contact phone number that was answered. Irreparable and terrible first impression
