Going to this dentist has been a terrible experience. They replaced a filling when they should have put a crown on. Now they charged me for a crown build up when it was just a filling replacement. They are charging me for a crown build up that is just a useless filling. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they showed me an obvious crack in my tooth that this dentist should have caught.
They don’t always have hygienist doing the cleanings and I don’t think the techs do a good job. I had a ton of build up on my teeth that is not normal from regular cleanings.

I had several cavities fixed and a cleaning completed by Dr. Kenny and Brenda a very talented and friendly dental assistant. They made me feel very comfortable while I was under their care. Dr. Kenny made an emphasis to make sure I was very comfortable before starting my fillings And even stopped midway when he saw that I was feeling uncomfortable and gave me more anesthetic even though my stubborn self wouldn’t admit it. I am a newer patient and I already feel like family here! As a healthcare professional myself I would highly recommend Alamosa Family Dental to anyone in the San Luis Valley
