From walking in the door to walking out, everyone is friendly, personable and there for your needs. Always asking about you and your family. Checking on your comfort level during any procedure and willing to help in any way. This is the first dentist I’ve enjoyed going to!
They are the best with kids!! Patient, friendly, and educational too! They all talk to her like a patient and made our 3 year old’s experience something she talks about and looks forward to going back to see “her friends” as she expresses.

Everyone was so nice. From the front desk staff, to the assistant and dentist. I had an infected fractured tooth. They got me in immediately. I showed up before they opened 6:45am, I couldnt sleep because the pain was so bad. I found them already open. I was able to get my tooth extracted right away. I was given other options and there was no rush in my decision.
I'll be back for routine and other work!

I thought it'd be appropriate to add my response here because I was the one that set up these appointments for my daughter Kathleen White. I just read her review and couldn't respond to your comment personally, so I had to write my own. I called in May to try and get her in because of her tooth pain. This tells me that there must have been some miscommunication between the receptionists and the dentist. When I called, I did indeed tell them that her tooth was giving her severe pain and discomfort. I was a bit confused when she finally got in because there was a treatment plan laid out

I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but when I first went to Dr. Mejia I had the best experience. The front desk staff always gets me in as soon as possible and works with me on my payments that fit my needs. They are very pleasant and cheerful each time I go into the office or speak to them on the phone. Dr. Mejia and her dental staff are very gentle and made me comfortable, knowing my past experiences with dentists. I have recommended several people to Dr. Mejia's office and always get great feedback from those persons. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone and everyone

Asked them if they would accept direct payment from my last dentist and they agreed. After my initial visit they told me that they wouldn’t do that, even though there was a verbal agreement from both dentists to do this. Instead of honoring their agreement they told me that I would pay them directly only. I can’t do this because the expensive nature of the crown that needed fixing. I ended up just paying them $140 for the initial visit with no work done. The office manager was very aggressive in telling me they were not honoring the agreement to boot.

I loved the dentist and the hygienist; it was the billing that was giving me problems. I called in May to get in because I was having horrible tooth pain. Long story short, they kept canceling my appointments and would reschedule them a few more weeks out until my insurance was approved. I was on the phone with my insurance all the time, and they said they didn't know what the problem was because everything was fully approved for what needed to be done. I got a letter in the mail from the insurance that displayed they were trying to get a total of $2,000 for a crown that I had yet to receive. I
