Hi, not sure but feel the need to just say, I was a previous employer of Dr Ola. Yes the position got a little rocky due to employment turnover prior to my position. Although, Dr Ola never requested for me to write reviews or anyone else of my knowledge. I was stationed at the front desk for a while and I take pride to say that we busted our bootys to try to repair any negative feedback. So in my defense, since I was “front desk girl” and I never wrote nor was asked to write a review, felt the a little ticked off after reading that. I have integrity and take that very seriously. I have had great customer service from this pharmacy. Even though they are a bit out of the way, their level of treating me has made me keep giving them my business. They are swift in any issue, and they will resolve anything within their reach. Previous reviews and my experiences have led me to believe that they have improved greatly.

I am in total shock over the reviews of this place because my experience was totally different that what has been written about this Pharmacy.
I will began with how I came to find this place. I use to use medications from CVS and always wondered why with some medications I had strange side effects and with others I did not. being that I am premenopausal I am currently taking hormone replacement (BiOTE) and with this implant it is a must that I take progesterone as well. I noticed with the CVS/Wallgreens brand of progesterone, It caused me to bleed abnormally...this is a "side effect". I spoke

I'm not total sure yet. But it seems kinda shady... I was told they would deliver my prescription between 11a-12p. They didnt show at that time then called at 3pm to be at my house in 30min. When I open the prescription it doesn't have any paper that tells the side effects and such, that normally you would get from any other pharmacy. Just says to call if u have any questions. The name of the prescription medication is very vage just some initials. I looked it up but it doesn't tell me exactly what it is.

After research the one African man and his single aid who speaks no English is complimented by their turnover front person. This single man. Ola, has tried to dig his business out of the dirt. He has been discarded by reputable pharmacies. He is a sad man who tries to use smoke and mirrors to make himself look like a real pharmacy. Give it a try, it will be the last time and he will beg for your business and try to get you to advertise for him. His Facebook page actually has one of his front desk ladies writing a review. He spends the least he can on supplies, including, chemicals, and then skims

If i could put minus a star i would definitely do! How come this place is still legally open!sterility issues&bad practice&poor ethics!not to mention how troubled&sick person the owner Kazim Ola is! I wouldnt let any body i care for to get his compounds from this store(I wouldnt degnify it by calling it a real pharmacy)its just a place to scam poor customers&use employees..so sad!btw,the business owner forces his employees to write good things about this firm and trick ppl..so watch out!
