Stu Sjouwerman confirmed that he paid $7.9 million for the property, a 12,935-square-foot home with 171 feet of water frontage. The seller, Laser Spine Institute founder Dr. James St. Louis, paid $10.25 million for the home in 2008, according to Pinellas County property records. It was first listed for sale in 2010, priced at more than $14 million.

Tried to contact the Real Estate Office and listing agent via phone, text, Facebook, reality sites and even their OWN WEBSITE. No one would give our realtor or myself the time of day. We simply wanted to know if our dream home was taking backup offers. We conveyed this over and over to let them know how important this was to us. Even a simple 'no' would've sufficed. Our realtor was shocked no one got back to him. I understand agents are busy. But, too busy for a phone call? Really sad and unprofessional. I'm stumped.

I would highly recommend Stonebridge Real Estate Company. I used them to sell my condo in Clearwater and there were some distinct advantages to having them on my side. Firstly, and most importantly, was Brian's ability to deal with the buyer and buyer's agent. He established a professional and empathetic relationship with them. Meghan has sold numerous properties for us over the years and I won’t use anyone else. She is smart, efficient, knows the market well, solves problems with calm efficiency, responsive to communication and easy to reach and she is a wealth of information, but also is resourceful when she doesn’t have answers. All of our properties have sold quickly with her. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but having Meghan makes them significantly less so.

We used Stonebridge to sell our home in Clearwater, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier. He and his staff guided us every step of the way, including helping us figure out the optimum asking price as well as preparing the home for visits. I worked with a realtor from this company to buy my house. They were very knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and were helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. I felt like they did their due diligence in finding exactly what I needed (even though I didn't exactly know). If I were to buy again, it would definitely be through Stonebridge.

Jennifer and Tom Fehr have been managing four to five rental properties for our Living Trust Clearwater and Dunedin, Florida, now for three years and my wife and I have been very pleased with their services.
