What was most helpful for me was that Terri took me step by step because I didn't know anything about this subject, coming from abroad, and this being my first real estate purchase in the USA. So, she really helped me going through every single thing that I have to do and why and explaining the details. She took me where I needed to go and gave me contacts that I could use for inspections. It was very helpful explaining the process to me and listening and giving me information to make the decisions that I had to make.
