I have been using McMann Price for about 25 years - have always had personal attention paid to my needs, almost instantaneous responses to email or phone communications, comparable or better insurance coverage for less $$$ recommended on an ongoing basis. Anya Z is 100% correct this agency is horrendous. After the death of my last parent, I was trying to put in order all the paperwork for the house out east. When I called McMann Price who they had been a customer of for more than 20 years, I was told that the agency was sold and that I wasn't a client of theirs. I ask the person how they knew that if I had not yet given them my last name or the address of the house? Well, they grumbled and asked for the address and stated that they didn't insure the house and hung up. So I went to an agency I normally work with and got the house insured

I have to agree with the most recent reviewer. I have had an exceptional experience with McMann Price. About three years ago, I was looking to update my insurance and I sat down with Sue Anderson at McMann Price to review what I had in place. McMann Price was able to significantly improve my coverage (for my primary home, vacation home and two cars) as well as add an umbrella policy, all for a very substantial savings over what I had been paying for much less coverage. Wow, I don't know what happened with the prior reviewer, but my experience could not be more different. McMann Price improved my coverage, upgraded my umbrella and saved me thousands of dollars. Each year! Plus they accommodate my crazy life by managing my policies while I am traveling, and since I am away a lot that gives me so much piece of mind. And yes I get trip insurance from them too. My husband keeps saying that we should have moved our business over sooner. I am just glad we did.
