I have been with a well-known insurance company for many years. However after having a not good experience with that company over a glass claim, moved my business to James Grossi at State Farm. I regret not switching before. His team is very responsive and can get things done. Pleasure to work with, highly recommend Jim and his team.

Beautiful experience, I received great customer service from this office, Jonathan was great and professional he clearly explained me and guide thorough out the whole process.I moved to NJ and needed to tranfers to transfer my insurance policy to a Jersey's office, Mirela was very patient, kind and professional and did an awesome job and she actually got in touch with closest office to my residence ,emailed them all my information and I was able to do my transfer in less than couple hours!
