Oil is the lifeblood of your vehicle. Proper lubrication of all the moving parts means less gas is wasted on overcoming internal friction and more of it is transferred to the tires and wheels to get the vehicle going. Eventually, oil and the vehicle's other lubricants require replacement because the fluids break down over time and become less effective.
These guys fixed my air bag suspension, dealt with the warranty company direct, got me a great deal on a rental car and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle repairs. I’d like to advise that Chris is awesome he has fixed my older bmw years ago and one of Audi’s and now another BMW 5 that I own he was very helpful the repair was a large ticket amount so he allowed me the time I needed to clear some checks and was not once pushy I recommend Europa highly, my car is running like new and they cleaned the inside for me as well so thx Chris is you see this message.. I am extremely happy with the service I have received from the team at Europa Auto.
Just finished my six month courtesy follow up visit today. My vehicle was completely checked, and guess what? There was no charge.

Excellent service and quality all around! Initially brought my E350 to get aligned but the tech spotted that I had a faulty upper ball joint, which he physically showed me. I replaced the ball joints and got it aligned. Europa Auto has the most honest and hard-working staff! They are the only ones I let service my car.

Europa takes care of our car as if it were their own car. From service to arranging a rental/loaner, I always appreciate their assistance. I have been a loyal customer the past 7 years. I have never had a bad experience and always felt like they were looking at things in my best interest. They will inspect your vehicle and offer suggestions for repairs or what they see could be issues down the road without pressuring you to act that day. They offer warranties on the parts and service they provide. I would not take my 2001 Mercedes anywhere else. GREAT PEOPLE!.

Avoid this place. I did my research before going and understood what was wrong. They confirmed each item. Yet their estimated charges were excessive. They planned to double charge on labor. They explained that removing the bushings is complicated. Seriously??? It's less than five minutes if you have the right tool. Then proceeds to say they can't do anything about standard labor times. Needless to say, I opted not to get the repairs done. I get my car back and now the brake malfunction light is on. Seriously!!?? Completely dissatisfied. Go at your own risk

What a pleasant experience! No nonsense fair prices and great work. I live in South Florida and needed a repair found this shop online read reviews and after how I was treated by Chris and the advice of tech couldn't be happier. We be sending family who are BMW owners here. Nice to see a well run shop outside of dealer experience and pricing.

I've been using Europa Auto for a couple of years now, so it's about time I wrote a review. I have a 10 year old Range Rover that's going through aging pains. The local dealership tried to sell me on a very expensive solution so I got a second opinion from Europa. The dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Arnt Johansen's team fixed it in a couple of hours and I've been using Europa ever since.
These people actually give a darn about their customers. They've never charge me more that their estimate, which they give me in advance, and they make a follow-up call

I have been a customer for 2 years and have spent well over the value of my vehicle on repairs at this specialist. I have spent over $7000 and by 06-30-14 I can almost guarantee I will end up spending close to $1000 more.
The work they perform is excellent and the entire staff has excellent customer service.
I've only had 2 minor issues...
1-Every time I leave, within 3-4 days, I need to add a quart of oil with or without oil change which is hard to believe when I'm charged for 7 quarts(for oil change).
2-The prices are definitely steep but still cheaper than the dealership. I had

Took my mercedes for an oil change but i got alot more service than i expected, much better than a dealership. Chris went over all the details he checked on during the service, like battery issues, the % of brake pad wear, and other details that I was unaware of about the car. A few days later after the oil change I got a follow up call to check in to see if everything was still good with the car. Great service!

Have previously almost always taken my car to the dealership. The long and short of it is that these guys know their stuff. Probably cost me almost half of what I would have paid at the dealer. Now, granted, I did like the service person that I used at the dealer & he really didn't try to sell me.
These guys went over what they found while checking out my car & we discussed what was needed and what we should hold off on. How often do you get a business to do that. Yet, that is the way that it should be.
The staff is quite friendly & courteous
