I do not recommend Auto Solutions to anyone. They’re extremely overpriced, they gave me a quote of $933 to repair my thermostat housing including labor cost for my 2016 hyundai sonata. ASAP AUTO REPAIRS charged me $349 to replace what i needed including labor cost for the same exact job.Not sure why they tried to charge so much but ASAP AUTO REPAIRS is extremely professional, they work fast, and they respect your appointment time unlike Auto Solutions.

They were able to perform diagnostics on the initial visit and had parts ordered after we agreed on estimate. All spark plugs and coils were replaced. The vehicle runs strong after the repair and they also provided me with a loaner car for the time it was in the shop. They kept me informed on parts and work progress on a daily basis. Great job by mechanics and front desk staff!!

This is our second time taking our car to this shop and they are not fair and as a woman I feel we got swindled. My daughter took her car and it took 1.5 weeks to be finished. There is no reason why we should've been charged $125 for a diagnostic charge on a battery. All they did was test the battery with one tool and they charged us like it was a full diagnostic test. As a parent who paid for the car to get repaired I was asking questions pertaining to the bill and Gonzalo Agudo was very rude to me. I had him speak to my son-n-law who knows mechanics and said that charge $125 was wrong since they

While traveling from Western North Carolina to visit family in the Orlando area, my Oil Pressure Low indicator came on. I contacted my regular repair shop to let them know that I wasn't able to figure out what was wrong and they sent me to Auto Solutions by recommendation on the Tech Net group that they are associated with. Juan is a very foolish and very stubborn person. They were very rude on the phone and unprofessional just for requesting a diagnosis. When I asked them to quote of a problem in my vehicle, they said that they were going to charge me an amount and then theyll see what the problem was and they did not want me to even approximate the price. I only asked for the quote and they told me that they did not want to work with me just because of my request. Juan, being the owner, does not know how to give in to the customer's request and is very close minded in his point of view.

Not being a native to Florida, it was tough finding good recommendations for a mechanics in the area. Rather than going that route I decided to go with Google and found Gonzalo and his crew. All I have to say is: PROFESSIONALISM TO THE MAX!!

Finally a place, that caters towards your car needs. Joel was the technician, that repair my converters. I was given a time for the repair, but joel did the job in a timely manner, which really help alot. He also took the time to show me another issue and recommendation. I really appreciate that. This place is fantastic. They helped my ancient vehicle that had a mysterious ABS problem; another auto shop I went to just read the codes and tried to get me to replace everything, but the Auto Solutions team was as skeptical as I was, and dug deeper to find the actual problem; and they were able to resolve the issue with half as many new parts as the other place!
The staff and crew are very professional, and the communication here is amazing. Not only do they call you with updates as they work on your vehicle, they also have a framework in place that'll text you updates and inspection pics.

The entire Auto Solutions team is outstanding. They have been servicing my 1988 Cadillac DeVille since I purchased it two years ago.
