I am happy with how they took care of my 3 month old kitten. Dr Burk was very professional, he explained me everything and answered all my questions! Since English is not my first language, I really appreciate he took the time. They called me back for the results of the exam to follow up and were very responsive to my emails.

Animal Wellness Center of Pontiac is a full-service veterinary medical and surgical facility located in Pontiac, Illinois. Animal Wellness Center of Pontiac offers many advanced veterinary services, outpatient surgical procedures, radiography and other surgeries that require hospitalization. Animal Wellness Center of Pontiac strives to offer excellence in veterinary care to Livingston, McLean and the surrounding counties.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.
I joined the team as receptionist in January of 2012. I am currently the Practice Manager. I enjoy all aspects of my job. My workdays are filled with the company of three talented veterinarians, and multiple co-workers. We all work well together and value our clients and their pets. I am blessed with two beautiful daughters and two son-laws.
In an emergency, you can call us at 815-844-7180. If you call after-hours, you will be prompted to dial an extension for the ER Clinic in Bloomington, Illinois. If you call during hours, our staff will assist you. If after hours you may also call the Emergency Clinic in Bloomington, Illinois at 309-828-7722.

All the people at this Veterinary facility are very competent. Very good at making your pet at ease. Everyone that works here is very friendly, which makes your and your pets visit enjoyable. All my cats are very healthy, with the help of Animal Wellness Center of Pontiac.

Took real good care of us and our dog. Unfortunately it was the last time we see him but they was upset as well and cared for him as best as they did. I needed to get my dog Zoey in because she developed a growth on one of her tetes. It had been growing over the past few months. It broke open and bled. I was able to get the bleeding stopped so it wasn't something I'd felt was an immediate emergency. When I called I was told it would be 3 weeks or more before she could be seen and I should attempt to contact another veterinary clinic in the area. I tried 4 others with the same response so I called Animal Wellness Center back and they put me on the cancellation list. They called back about an hour later with an appointment for 2 days out and said
