Dr. Allen is sensitive and caring toward my babies. However when I went to pick up my China that had passed away, she had been placed into a cardboard box.

My dog got ran over and was in bad shape. They worked on him for an hour but he didn't make it. They only charged an arm compared to an arm and leg! They tried, service was good.

I was glad my Snake was in good health but, I think the owner of the animal should be able to go in with them.

Recently took 2 cats in that we recently brought into our home. They practice covid-19 measures, were polite, informative, and affordable. When Rowling didn't respond well to oral antibiotics, they had me bring her in right away before they started taking patients, and gave her an injection instead, which was also affordable.
We will definitely be sticking with Countryside after our experience.

I found staff to be friendly and caring. Have already taken 2 cats there (strays) with no problems. Yeah, the other review indicated they were busy, who isn't? Once they get done doing what they are doing you get their undivided attention. If they were "gazing" at their computers, I'm sure it was for a good reason. Making an appointment is just common sense unless you have an emergency! I'll go back.

BTW they have 4.9 stars on another site with 47 reviews (why I went there in the 1st place).

The girls in here are very unwelcoming and lazy. They will ignore you for ten minutes and refuse to stop gazing at the computer screen. Everytime I walk into here they tell me I need an appointment. Thats fine I just took my money to ottawa their loss not mine.

This is a great vet. I have brought my cat there twice after they were highly recommended by family. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The facility is clean for being a veterinary and there is no lingering smell. They were booked for two weeks and we able to squeeze my cat in and I can not thank them enough! The general manager is an adorable and friendly dog! Just kidding; but there is a big happy dog who sleeps on an office chair in the front area. Such a great place and affordable!
