Simmons pillowtop beds, Bluetooth Bosetm speakers, Italian porcelain tiled bathrooms. This is what happens when a family owned business continually reinvests in their home away from home. It's our hotel. We are the only ones that can set rates and guarantee the lowest rate when you book direct.
If you find a lower room rate for the same stay date and room type at the same time, please email the URL of both rate listings you are viewing at that time to info@webersannarbor.com.If you then book through Weber's directly, we will match the lower room rate for that room type.

Nice, clean, rooms. Pool atrium is great. Hot tub, sauna and exercise room were great. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly (both morning and late-night staff). Restaurant was a bit of a challenge as they could not seat our traveling business party of 7. Reservations would have helped. I also got the vibe that, if we were better dressed, a table may have magically become available. We certain didn't look like spenders. We ate two, very expensive, dinners that should have been theirs. One elevator didn't work and there was no signage to indicate as such. Only one vending machine worked in the

This was my second time eating at this establishment and I must say the food was PHENOMENAL. However, both times I have eaten here, the servers have seemed too busy to be bothered. I only had two refills of water and the first was before my food arrived and the second was right before receiving the bill. I’m not typically one to complain but considering it’s a 4 star restaurant, I expected the service to be a little better. Our server this time was very friendly however last time we had a guy and he seemed as if we were bothering him by choosing to dine there. I’m not sure if it’s because

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our wedding night and the night before. The restaurant and it’s staff were so amazing and the room was beautiful. However when asked if anything special could be done for a bride/groom room we were told no (which is understandable). My husband, the bridal party, and I walked / waited in the lobby many times throughout the night and were ignored by front desk staff (not even a hello or an acknowledgment was given).

Not impressed. We stayed here on our wedding night. We called the day of like they told us, to try and get an early check in and they could not have been more rude. When we finally made it to check in at night. We waited for 10 minutes and called multiple times to try to get someone to the front desk. Finally two people showed up didn’t even say hi. They finished there conversation and just said checking in? Checking out, no hello, how was everything. I had to address the front desk worker and ask to check out. Icing on the cake was going to the restaurant and the host had a major attitude. Only

This was a decent Hotel but for the pricas excellent e I expected more. The customer service was lacking to say the very least. It felt a little like amateur hour. The front desk staff seemed untrained. For the reputation of this Hotel I expected top notch customer service.
On the plus side, the rooms were nice and very clean plus the restaurant was excellent!
For the money you can do better.

Clean updated rooms. Nice size pool. Sauna and delicious food at the restaurant. I would highly recommend the salmon. Wouldve been 5 stars if the jacuzzi was open. We took advantage of the second night 50% off. Worked out perfect for my birthday. Good experience will be visiting again in the future.

Room service/food, spa shower and bidet was excellent. The bed was comfortable...but the actual room was smaller and more basic than expected. Furniture updates needed, our chair had a tear on the seat and wobbly wheel. My rating: Hotel 3.75 / 5; Restaurant 5/5.The NY Strip w/mushrooms was yummy! Drinks also priced fair.

We went to Weber's to take cousins visiting from Mass. for a "special" dinner. I have been going to Weber's since our grandma took us in the 50's, our kids had their wedding there, my profession has had many meetings there, it's always been a place for "special", plus you could count on it. Not this Sunday -We had made a reservation, our table was ready quickly, but the service was so, so slow, the servers were confused, and the food was not even available for what we wanted..."out of shrimp cocktail, no beef stroganoff", King cut prime rib looked

I was willing to pay more than a mid-level chain because I thought it would have character. It does not. You are much better off going to a Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn or something like that. They may lack character and charm, but generally the AC works, you can get your room cleaned, the plumbing works, you have a microwave and refrigerator, etc. Our AC never fully got cool, and the room smelled humid and wet. The shower didn't work well, and is overly-complicated. WAAAAYYYYY overpriced. We won't be back.

Weber's is our go-to when we need to spend the night in Ann Arbor for family visits. The hotel is fine, and we tend to try and reserve extra nice rooms as a treat to ourselves. However, Weber's consistently bumps us from our nice room to something not as nice. This just happened for the third time this weekend and we will most likely find a different hotel the next time we need to stay the night in Ann Arbor.

This hotel would not refund rooms booked for graduation 2020. They were difficult to communicate with and completely unaccommodating during a sad and stressful time. They only offered a credit despite graduation being canceled and most people not planning to return to Ann Arbor. Very surprising when every other hotel in the area and around the county was offering refunds and trying to be helpful. Terrible customer service.

I wanted to do a staycation this week because my boyfriend had the week off work, and I chose Ann Arbor because it's one of my favorite cities. Originally we were going to do Hyatt Place, near Briarwood, because I've stayed there before and really liked it, but Weber's came up for $108 for one night, which is pretty reasonable, so I switched.
(Tip: sign up for their rewards program - it was actually $120 for the night but I got 10% off, so the total was $108)
They took our temperatures when we got to the hotel, which was interesting but probably a good safeguard. We were in room

This is a review of their grocery pick up that they are doing to keep this wonderful business and those great employees employed during this pandemic.
You order online with lots of choices of the stables and some of meal kits. You can even get a roll of toilet paper which lately seems more valuable than oil. Since I am a widow, I just stocked up on a few things that freeze well. I am driving from Southfield now but EBS wants me to do my part helping out one of our regular places. I even ate at their last Sunday brunch before the stay at home order and WILL be back at the 1st one after it is lifted

I had booked this hotel for my sisters graduation.
Unfortunately, the graduation has been cancelled due to the coronavirus.
I called to speak to the manager about getting my money back. They told me they would give me a credit. However, I explained that my sister would not be there for a future event as she has moved to California. They did not budge. They were extremely unhelpful.
I have left several messages for the owner of the hotel and have not heard back at all. Complete lack of feeling during this time. They have almost $1000!!
We had another hotel booked during this crazy time

We were there for our anniversary... service was fine until I advised our waitress that I received the wrong steak.she insisted it was what I ordered even though it was obvious she knew I was right.
Several moments later a man came by and asked how everything was and I said ok except they gave me the wrong steak.i even mentioned it was our anniversary,to which he said " well, have a nice evening", and walk right into the kitchen without talking to anyone else.
From that point on ,we saw our waitress one more time when she brought our bill, laid it on the table and walked on.We will

Stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms. Still "Euro" size, but they make the most of the space with pocket doors, glass-walled shower and other space-saving features. Musical bathroom mirror with Bluetooth connection and Bose speakers was fun. Pool area with sauna and hot tub is enjoyable, although can get overrun with kids on weekends. Lobby area always smells fresh.
Biggest selling point is onsite restaurant and bar. Late night nachos at Habitat lounge are a great value, and the live music is dependably solid. Weekday happy hour includes access to a complimentary cheeseball

This is a family owned hotel and it's very quaint. My room was very clean and my bed was comfortable. The bathroom has not been updated and is very small and the bathroom outlet which has the plug and the switch together was old and needs to be replaced. Front desk folks were very nice but do not offer water upon check in and there is none in your room. But if you ask for some then will give you a bottle from the front desk. To me, it would be an automatic question upon checkin especially when you are competing with a new Hampton Inn across the street.
I would stay here again but only if

Weber's is an independent boutique hotel that does not disappoint. I love the fact that this hotel has been family run since 1937. The family gives the hotel a modern feel while keeping the charm of the classic hotel in tact. The room was comfortable and the salt water pool was refreshing after a long drive in from Chicago. Wowza was that pool awesome, located in an Atrium space with lots of natural light coming in.
Since the hotel is right off the highway it was a quick find at our exit. I loved how everything is connected - restaurants, indoor pool, lounge. I stayed with my family

I heard from a very close friend that he had gone to Weber's years ago and the steaks were good. Si I thought that Sara and I would take Reagan and Tay here as our last big night out while visiting them in Ann Arbor, MI. The place looks great S we pulled into the parking lot and smelled good once we got through the doors. We had about a 10 minute wait even though we had a reservation. They were that busy. We were seated in a section towards the back of the restaurant and were prepared to have a dining experience that would be memorable. Our server, Laura, came to the table and were ordered

Weber's is a family owned hotel and event spot that I stayed at for a work trip to Ann Arbor. The customer service was great when you check in and they had a great restaurant that offered breakfast, snacks and room service. Attached to the restaurant they also have live music during the week at night.
The hotel room was solid with a lounge chair and desk to work or relax and read. I had a king size bed which was more than enough space but I loved the combination of pillows available because they all had different levels of softness. The carpet felt a little damp due to the humidity levels
