I checked in on 12/05/2021 and was staying 4 night's and asked if there was a discount for multiple night stays. I was told she would speak with her manager. After coming back to my room on the second day I noticed no fresh towels and on the third day still no new towels. So you guessed it on the forth day no new towels and the trashcan was over flowing.long story short they charged me full after I complained to the front desk I'll be working in this area until March but will not stay there again that's a lot of money they missed out on.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel to get a good night sleep in, go somewhere else! So noisy! Poor soundproofing. Could hear doors closing, carts bumping into walls, people walking, and, in the morning, the cleaning staff having loud conversations in the hallways. There are numerous hotels in the area--go to one of them. When we checked out, the person behind the counter asked how our stay was. I said it was very noisy. He couldn't have cared less. He didn't even say, 'oh, sorry to hear that'. Just asked if we wanted a receipt. Won't be going back there. There

Our 3rd floor room had ants in the bathroom and there was a prominent mold spot on the ceiling of the room with evidence of prior water damage. We paid extra to stay at this hotel rather than a newer chain hotel across the street as we like the boutique hotel experience. I am very disappointed in the condition of the room.
The housekeeping staff is extremely nice and friendly. Management has yet to contact me (there was no manager on duty) even though I reported this to the front desk. I would love to give it another chance but they need to do some significant improvements in my books to make

Kensington Park is a nice and clean hotel right in the heart of Union Square. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable. However the best part is the amazing staff- Lilly at the front desk in particular was wonderful and helped us so much with everything from directions to letting us know they had spotted a nail in the tire of a rental car. We appreciated her help so much and would definitely stay again.

We checked out after one night. The room configuration wasn't what we booked. The hotel was dirty,understaffed, and unapologetic about any of the short their shortcomings. The word "unfortunately" seemed to be in ever sentence I overheard at the front desk.
I think they must've had staffing issues that. Accounted for the lack of service, which I can understand, but dirty is dirty.

Don't let this hotels proximity to the highway fool you....We just can't say enough about how amazing our experience was at this hotel, from the moment we called for our reservation until the moment we checked out we were amazed by this place! The staff are friendly and the hotel is extremely clean, the pool area is meticulously maintained and our dogs were very comfortable in our patio level room.

Pool house is awesome! Pool is big. 9 feet on the deep end. Beautiful wood. High ceiling. Lounge chairs around the pool and room opens up to lovely outside court area with a pretty fountain.
I mostly stayed for the pool this visit but the room was everything I needed. Clean and plenty of space.

My boyfriend and I came to the Kensington for a summer reset before we return to work this fall. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, and the location was close to highways and good food. We were served complimentary champagne at check in which was also a plus. If we are ever in the area I know exactly where we'll be staying.
We also ate at relish (the attached restaurant and bar) and it was really good!!

We stayed for three nights for my son's wedding (wedding at different site but rehearsal dinner at Kensington). The staff was always friendly and treated guests as though they were welcome and appreciated. We had 33 rooms booked for the wedding and things went very smoothly. The rehearsal dinner we hosted was fantastic and the staff for that was amazing. Leah was great to work with throughout the entire planning process and James was the go to at the dinner itself. He took care of anything and everything. They even opened up the restaurant for us to have a day after wedding send off breakfast.

My husband I went to the Kensington Hotel for Valentine's Day. Although all of the hotel functions were not available due to COVID, we still had a great time. They were offering a deal that included dinner. Let me tell you, the dinner was DELICIOUS!! The room was nice as well, but the best part to me was the exemplary service from all of the staff. From the front desk to the room service, they were all wonderful. We will definitely be going back again!!

We found ourselves without a sitter for our geriatric pupper for the night of our company holiday party. I am glad I called to ask if the hotel allows dogs. They have a great set up. If you are bringing your dog (dogs only), they will put you on the ground floor, westside, near the side door. There is a grassy area for their use and your convenience that is away from traffic and fairly open

Had a really lovely stay at The Kensington this weekend. My friend was celebrating a birthday weekend in Ann Arbor and our group had a few rooms at The Kensington. They are located in Briarwood Mall's parking lot and right by World Market. When we walked in, the lobby was posh and well decorated with chandeliers and plush sofas and modern art. We were poured a complimentary champagne toast upon check-in which was a surprising fun touch. I've never had a champagne toast at check in and thought this was a chic lovely touch. I am incredibly impressed with this hotel. They spoiled us for a very fair price. We paid 150, had an amazing room that was very clean, were given free champagne at check in, and a very delicious hot breakfast with a lot of different dishes. They have a great nice indoor pool, workout center, restaurant, and a concierge lounge. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was very clean and smelled nice. No matter where we come to visit Michigan in the future, we are definitely staying here. I'd rather drive here to stay the night than, anywhere else. Thank you guys!

I stayed here with my mom and dog for two nights and was pretty impressed. I stayed in a 2 double bed room and it was pretty nice. They are also VERY accommodating with dogs. My dog is very selective in who he likes and can be protective, so if he hears people outside the room, he will bark. He got a noise complaint, but the hotel staff was very kind and understanding about our situation, when they could have made our stay more unpleasant. I also really like the cucumber mint water in the lobby (or other flavors depending on the day). My only complaint is that the hotel bar is very overpriced,

I booked the Kensington Hotel for one night and was given the VIP treatment upon check in. Literally. They upgraded me to the Superior King room on the executive level with late check out. They have a evening social hour from 5-7 with complementary wine and hors d'oeuvres.

LOVED THIS PLACE. We switched hotels from downtown to this lovely spot during our 2 night trip to Ann Arbor. This place is fantastic. We booked a room on the spot after seeing their MASSIVE pool, biggest hotel one in Ann Arbor. It Only took a few minutes to get our hotel keys and pay. The staff was quick and very friendly. We walked over to the restaurant Rel-ish, got a Bloody Mary & mimosa (yummy) and ordered food to our room (it was great!). Sarah & Chrissy (I'm praying that's her name) helped us, they were lovely (we were slow at ordering). There was a wedding in the courtyard

Wowza - What a hidden gem!! I've been visiting Ann Arbor area for years & never knew this place existed. I travel around North America for work every month and this property is easily in my top 3.
The room is top notch, the bed is divine, the property is GORGEOUS, and the staff is amazing.
