We rarely turn down a repair. From costume jewelry to the oldest of diamonds, we would at the very least agree to take a look and see what we can do. If a piece of jewelry has some value to you, it's of value to us. The price tag doesn't matter. For every appraisal, we polish and clean the piece, inspect it for any imperfections, see if it needs repair and assess the value.
Much like how you choose to work with Johnson Jewelers for the level of service you get, we choose our diamond vendors based on relationships and trust. We carefully select our diamond suppliers based on if they can uphold our own standards of quality and superior customer service. We take our time in explaining every single diamond to our customers.
Each month we feature custom pieces we've created for our clients, ideas for jewelry design and information about current jewelry design trends. Stop by often for new information. Jewelry pieces for anniversaries or to represent children are a wonderful way to carry your family with you. In this case, the above ring featured 3 stones: a center diamond for a marriage anniversary and a pink and blue diamond for the couple's son and daughter.

We still offer free layaway on certain items and keep it safe for you till it has been paid in full.

A big 'thank you!' to Laura and Johnson Jewelers for their great customer service and assistance in finding and replacing an opal in my antique ring. I was devastated to lose the opal, which had cracked and fallen off (was 20+ years old). Laura warned me that an opal's color gets softer with age (not the brilliance of a new one) and can sometimes be hard to match, and they do not tolerate heat, so they have to use a laser to set in place. They were able to find a replacement opal just the right size and color and did the work at a very reasonable price! I'm so pleased with their work on this ring

Johnson Jewelers is by far the best in the business at what they do. The customer service is far more superior than many other jewelers I have dealt with. The ladies are attentive, knowledgeable, detailed, and so nice. The services and repairs they provide are timely and the quality of work is amazing!! They are honest, transparent, upfront, realistic with pricing, and the quality of work is something you just will not get at a big box jeweler or jewelry store in a mall somewhere. You get a one on one customer service experience with a trained knowledgeable professionals that remember your name

Several people I know, myself included, are long-time regular customers of Johnson Jewelers in Woodbury. Everyone I encounter at this beautiful shop is super friendly, extremely professional, and very helpful. From the beautiful pieces they display in the shop to custom jobs, repairs and more, I couldn't be more pleased. And just about every time I am there, I see other people picking up items, and I've always noticed how happy they are. I highly recommend this fabulous shop!

Wonderful first time experience working with Johnson Jewelers. I took in old pieces of jewelry that were passed onto me to get repaired and the service was quick, they gave me all the information I needed to know as well as an ETA for completion. Highly recommend going here especially if you have older pieces of jewelry. They really know their stuff!

I was given a wedding set from my mother in law which needed to be sized. I was greeted by Russ and I had inquired about getting the ring sized and soldered together. After closely looking at all aspects of the rings (engagement and wedding band), he informed me that sizing and soldering could be done but there was a risk that the black rhodium could melt in the process. I felt that everything was thoroughly explained and I had the opportunity to ask questions. I left my rings; I received the text that it was ready.
