My insurance company had my wrecked vehicle towed to this place of business. Insurance fought and fought to not try and honor my full coverage policy. The owner told me the car was fixable until he found out who my finance company was. He then changed his story and said the vehicle was totalled. Completely refused myself or anyone else to take photos of the vehicle and claimed there was a $600 tow bill. Then he stated my finance company ripped him off a couple of years earlier and stated he was NOT trying to help me get my claim. I then receive a summons to court for a mechanics lean. Mind you

I did not have a good experience here at all. I had them repaint the quarter panel on my car. When I picked it up a different section of the car (the spoiler) was all scratched up. I am positive the scratches were not there when I dropped it off. Even the part that was repainted had small scratches too. When I brought this up to them they told me "the scratches were there when you dropped it off". They then proceeded to tell me they could fix it with buffing. The scratches were not gone when they were done buffing. When I paid I was told "Well, people make mistakes, so we'll knock $50 off". Why

GT Autobody does great work at very reasonable prices. Their mechanics and office staff are wonderful people who will treat you right every time!
I love the gospel music playing in the waiting room, and the Kurig coffee maker is great too!
More importantly, they'll fix your car the right way and they stand behind their work!
