poor communication. promised me he was going order parts and he never did so my insurance is upset that i’ve been using a rental car and not providing information because i was waiting for him to call me back. never did. poor communication, completely unprofessional. i would never use this guy ever.

This business has gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They have corrected a previous shops mistakes and made my wifes car look like the day it came off the showroom floor again (she was involved in a minor hit and run incident).
