My tire went flat when i drove on the 101 freeway around 2 AM in the morning, so i pulled over in a gas station and called for help. Mars towing immediately dispatch a tow-truck to my location. 20 minutes later, they showed up and towed my car to the dealership so they can fixed it in the morning when they open. I really appreciate the help from Mars towing, I would not have known what to do if they had they not shown up.

I locked myself out of my car after visiting the grocery store. I had about 8 bags full of items that would have gotten bad if left outside in this heat. I needed an assistance, and fast. I was at Ralphs's parking lot in Woodland Hills and one lady that passed by saw what happened and gave me their business card. I didn't have many options and called Mars Towing. I explained to the lady over the phone that my groceries will not survive this heat and she quickly calmed me down explaining that the guy will be there in approximately 10 minutes. And she wasn't lying! Exactly 10 minutes

Yesterday (Saturday) I was on my way to take my kids to the camp. 101 freeway was empty so I was driving about 65 mph when my tire pooped up. It was one of the scariest moments I experienced in my life.
The whole story was about 10 seconds, it's felt like forever. The kids were crying. I stopped on the side of the freeway and called my husband. He was at work in Orange County area. I didn't had a spare tire and even if I did I have no clue in the replacing method. He have me the phone number of Mars Towing Los Angeles, and said he knows the owner very well. A tow truck arrived within few minutes

I was on the 118 heading to work in Simi Valley when I noticed I had a flat tire, I moved to the shoulder of the road. I called my dad, because you know, when in doubt call your dad, and he sent me the number for Towing Mars. They were there so quickly and changed my tire in no time. The man that helped me was not only fast but also nice! Before he left he gave me a detailed receipt because I was worried about the price and explained everything to me. I highly recommend using mars towing next time you need roadside assistance!
