Total development of the child (physical, emotional, social, and intellectual) is stressed throughout the program. The curriculum at Franklin Academy provides a variety of meaningful experiences for each child to actively participate in, allowing them to progress at their own individual developmental level.

Services
Franklin Academy offers a unique preschool experience that incorporates both the cognitive and physical experiences we know are needed to bring up a well-rounded, well-educated child. Because we are part of the Franklin Athletic Club, we can provide certified, experienced teachers as well as a complete enrichment program to meet the needs of the whole family.
Our Extended Care Program is designed for parents who need care for their children before or after our normal school hours. After Care is currently being offered on the Franklin Athletic Club side of the building, in the nursery, and is being run by the nursery staff. Please be sure to pack a snack for your student.
The Firefly and Bee Classes are very special programs. We believe children learn best through play and hands on experiences, so we sing, read, play games, make believe, color, paint, and glue. Through every activity we are learning as we follow our theme based curriculum.
We want our children to love coming to school, to feel comfortable separating from their parents, to develop good listening skills, to be self confident, independent, and able to get along with others.We want them to love learning. Through everything we do we are on our way to reaching these goals.
