Accurately ordering, invoicing, mirror matching, and returning parts, following up on outstanding return credits, with an emphasis on negotiating with parts vendors for discounts, and minimizing return rates. While a minor accident may sound insignificant, body shops define it as an auto repair costing less than $5,000. These collision repairs typically include repairing or replacing fenders, bumpers, doors, and hoods at the shop of your choice.
Our policy at Body Works Plus is to always use genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts whenever possible. Insurance company policies are the main deterring factor. They often specify the use of aftermarket and used parts. Body Works Plus prefers and recommends the use of OEM parts for many reasons, including the fact that the use of genuine parts benefits our customers financially in the long term.
The Detail Technician/Apprentice is responsible for preparing the vehicle for delivery as quickly as possible in a safe and quality manner, with a fit and finish that meets or exceeds the original factory fit and finish. The end result should be an invisible repair. If not available will help assist in providing.

I haven’t been to the shop or had work done on my vehicle, however the kind folks that own/run the shop are some of the best you’ll find! My mom has colon cancer and though she is strong and will beat it the bills are insane. I had a sporting event to raise money for her and the owner stepped up and donated to the event!!! I know Rob by other than that I don’t know anyone and they donated to help my mom! That in itself says more than I needed to but I needed to share that these folks aren’t just great at their job they are genuine good people!

I highly recommend this shop for vehicle repairs! They were super helpful with any questions I had about the process and were great with communicating and keeping me updated as my car was being fixed. I got a new Lexus and after someone backed into it I wanted to find a place that worked well with luxury cars and would use factory parts for the repairs. They made the process quick and easy, and my car looks good as new again!

We have a 2006 Acura MDX and the headlight casings are old and scratched, making it difficult for the lights to shine properly at night. Other local businesses were quoting me super high rates. Body Works Plus was able to buff the lights (better than I've done myself in the past), replace the bulbs with higher quality bulbs, providing me peace of mind when my children are driving this car in the evening. The Body Works Plus team provides excellent customer service and vehicle repair. They helped me navigate a self-pay situation along with the at-fault party. They provided direct communication throughout the process — from preliminary estimate, to ordering parts, to starting and completing work. My vehicle was ready almost one week ahead of schedule. Photos of the repair process were provided and they kept my car safely at the shop until the final payment was processed so I could take it home. The inside and outside of my car were also cleaned and detailed upon pick up!

The dealership referred me to Body Works Plus. They spoke highly of the shop, so I took my car there right away. I had a small dent inside the door of my car. "Above and Beyond" is what I'd describe the level of service I received from these good people. Body Works Plus is absolutely the only shop in town to bring your vehicle for repairs. I was in a terrible accident that involved 5 vehicles and the repairs were completed faster than the adjuster processing my claim! This place was very professional and accommodating. They quickly responded, got me in for an estimate, and sent me a quote. They were quite friendly, however they gave me an estimate $3500 more than an estimate I got at another auto-body shop (with excellent service as well). I say do your research and shop around, as with anything. Even when the service was completed at the other auto body shop I chose, they did not raise the price and still kept the original quote that was $3500 less. I couldn't recommend Body Works Plus more. I came in without any notice and they immediately took the time to listen to my issue, walk out to the car, work to diagnose the problem and provided both a solution and backup solution (in case the easier fix wasn't adequate). They gave the me the cost of both solutions and were very honest that we should try the cheaper one first, and hopefully we wouldn't have to do more from there, but it was a possibility. We chose Body Works because of the great reviews and very convenient location. We definitely had some bumps in the road regarding communication throughout the process and at one point, questioned what was going on with our car and if there was extra work being done. It took much longer to get our car back than expected and even though we went through insurance, the cost was much more than we anticipated. We know that when it comes to estimates, they can be poorly done (especially with insurance) and sometimes additional damage is found during repair but the lack of transparency made us very uneasy

I picked up my Buick Verano from this shop yesterday and my car looks brand new. They handled all of the insurance related issues directly with my insurance and made sure all the adequate fixes related to my claim were addressed. I had my Lexus GS repaired here for damage to the rear bumper and rear light enclosure. The whole process was smooth and convenient, the shop arranged for Enterprise rental car to pick me up, and I dropped of the car at the same location when it's done.
Repair was well done, they managed to get me Lexus OEM parts through price matching even though Geico would only pay for after market parts. They even washed the car and cleaned the interior for me and did a little touch up for me. They also cleaned the rims and tires, I drove home like a new car after it's done :)

Great customer service - something you want, especially in a body shop. They service luxury imports, and did a great job repairing my BMW 750 after it was rear-ended. They keep you informed along the way, and can send you text message updates if you so choose. My car was detailed upon return to me and the quality of the repairs performed were excellent. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs. I was recommended them by a friend, and would recommend them to a friend.

Knowledgeable owners( John and Brian) are professional and do great work. Had some car wash damage from on my new car. They performed the work very quick and took care of the details with the adjuster. You could not even tell the hood had paint less dent removal service and front bumper was painted! Also they have a cool website where you can see the progress as they complete the vehicle repairs!!

Not impressed! As I was walking in I noticed a sign stating estimates were $125. It's states specifically on the website that estimates are free unless your car is more than 10 years old. I used the Internet to make my appt but she said after I made it she sent me an email asking a different time. I didn't see an email so going by the text I got an hour before my appt I showed up. Please note I called 3 times to try make the appt over the phone and even left a voicemail. After I asked about the fee she "kindly" said she would waive it since we had appt issues. Brian and his Body Works team is a first class business. I would not think of going to another body shop. They are very trustworthy and really care about their customers. The customer service is second to none! Having your car repaired after an unexpected accident is not a pleasant thing to do. After experiencing a rear-end collision two weeks before Christmas -- the busiest time of year for many auto repair places -- I was desperate to get my barely-driveable car into a body shop for repairs. When I had a tree fall on my car I was in between work contracts and insurance wouldn't cover all of the damages. By some sort of I was refereed to BWP. After talking with the owner, Brian, most of my worries were over. He was very reasonable about getting my car fixed up all the way for a price that was within my insurance limit.
Thanks to BWP, my car looks brand new, just like it did before a tree fell on and I don't have to take the bus to my new job! The customer care his above and beyond that of any body shop I have been to before.
