I took my PreOwned Cadillac Escalade and asked for just a Matte Satin Black because the factory color was ehhh. Deluxe Auto Body took the car piece by piece and turned it into the best looking Cadillac I have see. Thanks to his team and expertise I am way more than satisfied. His price was also 20 percent less or so than other shops in Charlotte area.

I was rear ended and this shop was recommended. Leo and his team are very friendly and professional. They explained fully what was needing to be done on my car. It only took them 4 days to do the work and when I picked up my car I was very happy with the work they had done. The back of my car looked like it did the day I purchased it. I will definitely be returning to them for whatever other car repairs I need and I will be referring family and friends to them for their service and repair needs. ❤️

Highly recommend, very friendly and efficient. Got into collision and needed new fender, bumper, and headlight. Helped me break down an accurate estimate. I just needed new parts and a working headlight and they pulled strings to make sure to match my paint color to make everything look nice and consistent. Was very vocal about anything that could have came up and updated me when they needed a separate piece to complete restoration. Did what they said they would do, at the price they showed me, and got it done the next day as promised right before the holiday week. Great business!

Ricky at Deluxe was so amazing to work with. I was working with him long distance to get an estimate and body repair for our daughters vehicle after a minor accident, which insurance would not cover. He got us the numbers, was very competitive in price and even helped arrange for someone to get the car to their shop. They did an amazing repair job, kept the price in line, kept me updated throughout with texts and pictures. Our daughter loves her car and they detailed it and made it look amazing for her. Well this is the situation, unfortunately I had an accident in i485 and it was high speed a driver from another car I crashed through the back at about 80 miles per hour and my car was in total loss, fortunately I found deluxe paint and they managed to save My car and leave it perfect as if nothing had happened in the shortest possible time and the best understandably with the price, I am really very grateful with all this work team did a perfect job.
