I found David Roberts to be extremely arrogant and more interested in getting both sides of the deal than really serving his client. He makes it very clear that he "owns this neighborhood" and in my opinion lacks the class you would expect from a broker of high end homes. If you buy one of his listing, you are probably best off bringing your own broker to make sure you get a fair deal
