If I could leave negative stars, I would! Getting ahold of a worker is absolutely impossible. How do you rent out your units if you can’t answer phones, return voicemails, return emails, or any type of correspondence at all?!

The apartment I rented not so long ago at "The Palms at lake Tulane" was very nice and the rent was approximately in the 600's .The property itself is well maintained when it comes down to gardening. However the issue I had was management and its professionalism in the way issues were resolved and the way tenant were treated. The major concerns I had was the broken cameras located on the property, the broken fences (where people from the neighborhood will walk and hang out at the pool area and acted inappropriately. (This mainly happens during the weekend). The times I visited the pool I was disrespected
