First off Gaby Balli in the reviews is the landlord. I live here right now and this woman has made comments about my parenting and how I take care of my household. She is out for money. If you can avoided it please do. I have covid and am being told if I don't get out because of my lease was not renewed even though I was sent renew letters, will be evicted. I have no where to go. Save yourself the stress.

I was warned this place doesn't approve applications, just accepts money from everyone applying. Turned in all my paperwork and was told by Gaby that it looked like a super easy approval as I had everything lined up. We went over my income several times prior to me wanting to pay anything, so I wouldn't be wasting money on applying. I was told that everything was good except waiting on approval for rental history. Rental history was confirmed and then I get a call back with issues with my income even though my paystubs show exactly what I make and it falls in between the very narrow income guidelines

I lived there for 2 years the management was amazing which was Erin. Any problems that went on she took care of made sure that the property was well maintained that they were no issues going on within the complex. My apartment was very clean and made sure that it stayed that way before I left. I had great neighbors and the maintenance man at the time took care of every situation that I needed so I couldn't be more thankful.
