I cannot say enough good things about Ann! She takes the time to listen to your physical concerns but also leaves room to listen to the details of your life that cause you stress. She masterfully addresses your concerns through massage, bowen work, essential oils and red light therapy. Treatment through Ann has lowered my pain level and increased the quality of my life. I have recommended her to many people who, after one appointment, have felt the same way. Simply, the best!

Ann is wonderful masseuse. She is skilled and certified in several different styles of therapeutic massage therapy. 99% of the time my husband and I have the Bowen Massage. It has CHANGED OUR LIVES!! I highly recommend Ann and Soul Focus Massage. The world, let's start with the city, would have more happier residents if they just got a massage (I'd choose Bowen) by Ann! We're customers for life!
