I have been insured with State Farm since 1969 and have never been unhappy with the level of service I have received. Recently I had an incident with my vehicle and had difficulty getting information from Claims. I only had to contact Jeremy Fuller's office and Amanda was so helpful with all my needs. She delivered amazing customer service, kept me informed and acted as the liaison for me with the Claims folks. I am so happy with State Farm, and Amanda at Jeremy's office! I will remain a client for life!

As far as I’m concerned the jingle goes “Like a good neighbor Amanda Rammel and Brandon Reasoner are there!” Happy to have found a good, local insurance agency. Switching agents all the time has been a pain but was worth it now that I found this location. My insurance needs have been treated fairly, promptly and professionally. I ended up showing up with not a lot of time and a baby on my hip. Chelsea got my information quickly so I could get out the door on time. She was welcoming, polite and professional and had my quotes to me by the end of the day. She has been very responsive and follows up quickly.
