Called numerous times to schedule appointment with the owner. Either owner doesnt answer the phone or was told she not in and don't know when she would be in. How does an owner conduct business if they not in or wont answer the phone. How does State Farm headquarters put up with this. UNPROFESSIONAL

I've switched back to State Farm and I'm glad I did. I missed the great customer service and fast response I get from Marlenn and Liz. I just recently bought a new home and they beat every Home owners policy I was quoted. Currently have house & auto policies. I'm glad I switched back.
