Having been in business for over 17 years, Desoto Taekwondo offers a staff of instructors with more than sixty years of combined experience in taekwondo, MMA, & martial arts. With a variety of teaching styles lead by the high-energy instruction of Master Pierce, the staff of DTKD provides discipline, confidence-building, & the fundamentals necessary to succeed in martial arts training.

Classes Report

Getting four and five-year-olds to do anything can be difficult, but with Master Pierce's unique way of reaching kids through high-energy classes and positive reinforcement, you'll be amazed how they pick up skills, develop self-discipline, and increase focus and attentiveness. Our Little Dragons show vast improvement to coordination, listening skills, and discipline.

Our 7 year old signed up for the kid kick class and loved it! They are great with patterns and discipline and structure which is great for kids this age. I can't say I'm used to seeing my kid pay such good attention in a class before 😂

I love DeSoto Taekwondo. The positive energy and support my children have received through the years have helped them grow and overcome challenges. I see they are more confident and have respect and control. I hope they know how much I appreciate them.

Desoto Taekwondo is awesome! My children have learned self-defense, confidence, and discipline. I strongly recommend Desoto Taekwondo for any age group! Mr. Pierce and the other instructors are very helpful and encouraging.

Our family continues to have a great experience at Desoto Taekwando. The instructors work very well with our kids and us adults! We have referred many friends who have signed up their kids and also joined the adult class. Self defense, discipline and excercise.

I've been a member for over 3 years. The staff at KMD are amazing and have become a second family. Training Krav Maga has been life changing for me and I absolutely believe that the KMD staff are a huge part of the reason it has been such an amazing journey! They strive to do everything in excellence and they succeed. If you're interested in checking out Krav Maga or looking to get back into training I highly recommend this school above all others in the region!
