Unfortunately, with this pandemic once again surging out of control, self-defense karate classes are currently suspended. Soon, we hope to to offer online classes in a brand new learning format. Sensei Jeff is great with the kids. The teacher to student ration is low. This is a great place to build confidence and strength while training your kids in self defense techniques.

Barre incorporates the classical dance movements and positions of ballet with of yoga and pilates. In addition to a ballet barre, we use resistance bands, exercise balls, hand weights, and yoga straps to aid our training. Barre classes focus on developing strength and flexibility in the ankles, calves, knees, thighs, and glutes.
