Used them for HVAC annual maintenance agreement for a short time. After their first maintenance visit, I went and checked the units, and the intake screens on the outdoor units were completely filthy. When I contacted them several weeks after their visit to discuss, they said that the technician was getting dive bombed by crows, which I totally understand. But what I don't understand is why they didn't bother to share this information with me when it happened, as well why they didn't bother to schedule a follow-up visit to actually provide the maintenance that I was paying them
