Services
I am a Board Certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon. I first became interested in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry while assisting my dad as a teenager. Building a practice and treating patients together is extremely rewarding. Periodontics marries fine surgical skills with patient motivation, which correspond with my interests in biology, psychology and working precisely with my hands.
We offer laser therapy as an option for certain procedures. Thirty years of research have highlighted specific conditions that benefit more from laser therapy, while others respond better to conventional surgery. We are happy to discuss the pros and cons of each treatment choice with our patients.
This minor surgical procedure repositions your gum tissue at a lower level on your tooth. It increases the amount of tooth structure available to retain your crown and thus greatly reduces the risk that your crown will lose its cemented connection and decay or loosen and fall out after years of chewing.
This minor surgical procedure increases the amount of attached gum tissue around one or more teeth. The goal is to prevent future gum recession and in some cases to cover roots of teeth where recession has already occurred. Benefits include improved appearance, reduced risk of decay in the roots of teeth, and decreased sensitivity to hot, cold, or sweet foods.
If you are missing one or more teeth, dental implants usually offer the best method for permanent replacement. Dental implants replace the roots of teeth and can serve as the base for crowns, bridges, or stabilized dentures. They are placed using a minor surgical procedure that lasts one hour or longer, depending on how many implants you need, followed one to two weeks later by removal of your sutures.

I've known Dr. David Rosania for years, both as a patient and a professional. He has always been a gentleman and his staff is lovely and professional. This year, things changed sadly. He barked at his assistant about no excuses for a lousy X-ray. That was just the beginning. My next appointment for a cleaning was scheduled incorrectly and when I told the front desk not to both him, they still went back to see if he could fit me in. He came out to the waiting area and loudly told me he was under pressure and he didn't care where I went for a cleaning. We're all under pressure

I would like to second the previous review that was well stated. I was treated by Dr. David and received informed and compassionate care. Their new office is state of the art which matches their service level. I was, lucky that my dentist in York recommended them!

This is a caring and professional office from top to bottom. They take all the time you require to discuss your case so that you go into your procedure with confidence. The follow through is excellent as well. Both doctors as well as the staff are friendly and highly competent. I cannot recommend them enough.

STOP YOUR SEARCH HERE!! Every aspect of this business is the best you will get. From the kind and patient receptionist who will show you what true customer service is, to the dental assistants who really listen to you, and Dr. Rosiana himself who is supportive and honest. I was new to the area and didn't know where to go or who to trust when it came to such an expensive and important oral surgery. I have had multiple gum graphs that have taken years to complete and not once throughout this long process have I ever felt like a number. This office is phenomenal. I felt like I was the only

Dr. Amy and her staff are amazing. I was totally impressed with the kindness and care that I received during my two recent surgeries. I was told everything up front about what to expect and was also provided good follow up care instructions. The office is clean and pleasant and the equipment is all the latest and greatest. No one wants to have dental surgery- but if you have to- I would definitely choose this office for your care! I have no doubt that the future of my oral health is better because of the care I received at Seacoast Periodontics!

I am a dentophobe.... I needed gum grafting and Dr. Rosania was recommended to me. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the process and the results. I had previously not been to a regular dentist for 8 years, so I was nervous, to say the very least. The entire staff made me feel at ease with the process. This is a challenge!! I cannot recommend them enough, especially for others who fear the dentist, have a phobia, etc. They have been outstanding.
