We also work with all major insurance companies. We have shuttle service available if you need a ride to our location, back home, or even to work once you've dropped off your vehicle. Services
Tracy's Auto Body leading service is collision repair. We repair all makes and models and accept all insurance companies and accept payments directly from the customer. We repair vehicles, so they look like there was never an accident. We always fix the cars correctly and do not take shorts cuts others take to save money.
It may seem like a hopeless cause when your car is dented beyond all belief during a hail storm. Tracy's Auto Body will take care of the dents and any broken or damaged glass or windows that happened during the storm. We strive to make your car look as if it was never in a hail storm. We do offer a variety of methods that will remove the damage.
Have you noticed that your headlights are yellow or cloudy? Cloudy headlights are a safety hazard while on the road for not just you but also your fellow drivers. Rather than getting new headlights, stop by our shop for complete headlight restoration. At Tracy's Auto Body, we complete headlight restorations.
The repair time varies demanding on how much damage has occurred to your vehicle. We are not in the business of storing cars and we do not receive payment until the job is complete. So our goal is to get your vehicle back to pre-accident condition quickly and efficiently. We never let a vehicle leave unless we know 100% that it is safe and repaired correctly.

I was rear ended, and the responsible party wanted to pay out of pocket. II took my car to three autobody shops recommended by Jeep and Honda (where I bought my car, and where I usually get my work done). Out of all three shops Darrell at Tracy’s Autobody was the most friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the sensors and technology behind the bumper and if that was damaged. Darrell was quick about getting me an estimate, he actually looked under my car to see if he could see any damage below, he got the work done in a day like quoted and was very professional. I brought my truck in after an accident. Chip and Daryll were kind and courteous. I could not afford the work, and did not receive any charge when I had my truck removed; which is amazing, as I know it costs them time to write up a thorough estimate. I recommend them, they are very professional.

I gave it a one star as the guy seemed nice.
But when i asked about taking my car in he was saying they are booked up for some time but i can take it in to let him look at it.
But they would not be able to work on it for a while.
So I'm sure they might be good but if their to busy to work on my car ill take it to another place that has more help.

I don’t like to review this way, especially during the times we are in, but DO NOT and I repeat do not let Tracy's Auto Body near your vehicle. I brought my car to them after an accident thinking they were a family-run small business right up the road from me and by using them I would be giving back to our community. My insurance company paid them promptly about $10,000. I'm a very patient person, but when I'm told my car will be ready in 3 weeks, I kind of expect it to be ready around that time. I was later told my insurance company needed to give them a little more money and Tracy’s got it

Did body work for me two years ago. Took a different SUV in last week to inquire about options for removing paint from unknown parking lot source. Owner got some rubbing compound and rag...fixed the problem @ no charge. Never expected that plus they did a really professional job two years ago. RECOMMEND !

Tracy’s has always been good to us. I’ve Ben taking my cars and trucks here for years. They fixed up my specialty truck so I could sell it. It was literally perfect when they were done. We have recently been in an accident and was nice to know we would be taken care of so we’ll by the wonderful staff. I recommend them to anyone who needs some bodywork done.

I went in for an insurance quote. Someone was able to come out and look at my van right away. I don’t remember his name, but he look his time inspecting the vehicle. Super friendly, patient and answered all my questions. Then we went back into the office and in about 5 - 10 minutes, he had my estimate in hand. Very efficient. When my insurance company called with additional questions, they were also answered with professionalism. Fantastic work!

Despite my best efforts to keep our 2015 Honda ODY looking perfect, it was involved in a minor accident. Chip and the staff at Tracy's Auto Body are perfect example of professionalism and world class service. I did not have rental car coverage on my vehicle and I feel that they went out of there way to get my work done in the quickest time possible. I had a decent amount of damage to the front end of my car. Including the hood, bumper, quarter panel and headlight casing. They had my work done in 2 days. Needless to say I was more than impressed and would recommend them to anyone, friend or family.
