In 2002, Linward Mortgage later followed and by 2003, Linward Realty entered into business as a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage and continued the "one-on-one" personal approach that immediately separated itself from the competition. As Linward Realty opened its' doors, it initially catered to the Investment Real Estate arena and successfully met and exceeded its' goals.
