I highly recommend this MP Orthodontics for anyone in the Dallas/ Plano area. I recently relocated Texas and one of my brackets broke! Because of me only having two visits left, I didn’t switch over to a orthodontist here. If I had to, it would definitely be this office! It was very clean, and very upscale in technology and service. They had many… different type of braces options that I’ve never seen before. I also love how they have a movie playing when you are sitting waiting for someone to start working on your braces! They allowed me to come in to glue in my broken bracket

MP Orthodontics has done a tremendous job for both me and my husband. From the staff to the overall experience, we have nothing but amazing things to say. I had to do traditional braces and jaw surgery and Dr Mark made everything streamlined and a truly great experience. I was hesitant about surgery, but Dr Mark recommended a fabulous surgeon and worked hand in hand with him to make sure everything was perfect... and reached out after surgery to make sure I was healing okay. Dr. Mark and everyone at his office were amazing. He really took the time to explain my treatment plan and answered any questions I had. The absolute nicest staff you will ever meet. Dr. Mark is so great at explaining everything in great detail but also in a manner that you can understand. The consultation coordinator (If that's what it's called, I have no clue) was the sweetest and most friendly person to work with. The office is clean and beautiful. So glad I chose this office and I seriously could go on and on about how great they are! If you are trying to decide where to go, this is the place, look no further!

Love this place and Dr Padilla!!!! You won’t find a nicer ortho in all of Dfw. He and his secretary at the front, Cindy, are so kind and even worked with us financially. Dr Padilla is very good at what he does.… He’s also very patient with us and we love that about him. We did research and looked at several orthodontics before we picked him and we chose him carefully. The quality of braces he uses are the best! Our daughters teeth look EXCELLENT , after 1.5 years with braces. She’s done with braces and even now, he continues to deliver with excellent customer service!

We had so much fun today at the dog park. I think we like to go there just like our dogs. We live close to the lake and sometimes we take them down there. They enjoy walking and getting in the water. We have used the so called best in town on my oldest daughter. It cost way more and the results were disappointing. We had a free consult with Dr Mark Padilla at MP orthodontics on my other kiddos and the amount of information, options, plans and care were in a whole different level. This office is GREAT-in fact so great that I got three of my kids and myself in braces. It's simple- fair prices, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Best of all the staff is outstanding!
