Super disappointed in my experience. I had a decent initial phone call with Jeff. I called in search of a custom interior sign. He asked me to send digital files of brand marks and made arrangements for him to see my space. He came out that very afternoon to see my space / take measurements. He hadn't yet looked at the digital files I sent, so our convo on location was a little difficult. He told me he'd get some info (mock-ups?) together and would get back to me the following Mon / Tues. I never heard from him again. I called & left a voicemail 7 days following our meeting asking him for status

I was very impressed with JC Signs from the first time I met them. I worked with Ms. Donna and she took what I told her I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She made a rendering of my sign and had it back to me with only a matter of a couple days. She followed up regularly with me, even through the busy holiday season she was available to answer any questions I had. I gave her a computer file of my logo and asked her about what colors would make my sign stand out most and she gave them. We made the sign and it looks EXACTLY like my logo.
