Zikam Neighborhood Pharmacy

Tried getting an inversion table. 4 times I was told I would get a call back. Never did, even after coming into the store and being told I couldn't use my insurance because the pharmacy would not get paid. I was willing to pay it and deal with my insurance but nobody called me back. So I just bought my table on Amazon

The nicest pharmacist you could ask for. So compassionate and kind. Has a great update system to notify you when your meds/orders are ready for pickup. A true neighborhood pharmacist who actually remembers your name.

I must have driven bulverde rd a million times. And I wasn't aware of Zikam! I live so near! Shame on me for not paying closer attention. I love supporting small businesses. This pharmacy came highly recommend by America's Pharmacy. And they were right! What a wonderful pharmacy with a very kind pharmacist. He actually wanted to get to know me! I LOVE THAT! And I love making new friends. I usually get scowls at other big pharmacies. They lack that personal touch, a simple conversation. Just visited Zikam Pharm for the 1st time & it will definitely not be our last. Alex was more than helpful, informative, caring & polite. He had what we needed, no need to go online plus the personal attention to detail in the product we needed made it even better & we got exactly what was required. Both my husband & I will be recommending Alex & Zikam Pharm to everyone we know. 5 Stars plus!!

We got a letter from our insurance company that Walgreens was no longer in their network for 2020. After many recommendations from friends and neighbors, we decided to try ZIkam neighborhood pharmacy. I believe Alexander is not only the pharmacist but the owner. The guy is super polite and knowledgeable. The customer service and communication is the best. You can email Alexander any time of the day or night and be rest assured to get a timely response. Sometimes I get the impression the guy doesn't sleep. :) If you are looking for a reputable local pharmacy, you have to give Zikam pharmacy a try

This Registered Nurse trusts this locally owned pharmacy! I had used this pharmacy to fill a compounded prescription and was so impressed I decided to transfer my whole family's prescription profile to Zikam! It was the best decision! The quality of the medication, the price, and the customer service are Excellent! They also have an impressive selection of medical supplies and DME (durable medical equipment)! Now I am raving about them to everyone!
