Most of our Pro Floors Hardwood flooring, provide superior wear; easy, no-wax care; plus superior resistance to staining from all common household products such as coffee, shoe polish, lipstick, acetone, mustard, and more. A few simple maintenance steps, however, will help protect your investment and keep your Pro Floors, flooring looking like new.
Wipe down your ceramic floor with a damp mop at least once a week (or more often for heavy traffic areas) with any retail cleaner found at your local grocery or hardware store. Never use a detergent or soap, because it can dull the surface or promote the growth of mildew. Routine cleaners should never contain acids, vinegar, chlorines or ammonia, as these chemicals can damage and discolor the grout or the surface of the stone or tile.
Laminate Flooring is naturally durable; learn how to keep it looking great while standing up to the toughest household conditions. For tough spots, such as oil, paint, markers, lipstick, ink, or tar, use acetone/nail polish remover on a clean white cloth, then wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove any remaining residue.
Placing walk-off mats outside all entrances will help absorb soil and moisture and trap excessive dirt, sand, grit, oil, asphalt, or driveway sealer that might otherwise be tracked into the home. A good carpet pad not only gives better resilience and comfort underfoot, it can extend the life of your carpet, especially on stairs.
Solid wood is milled from a single 3/4 thick piece of hardwood. Because of its thickness, a solid hardwood floor can be sanded and refinished over several generations of use. Solid wood flooring expands and contracts with changes in your home's relative humidity. Normally, installers compensate for this movement by leaving an expansion gap between the floor and the wall.

Mike did a great job on my floors six years ago in my old condo. Since I just moved and needed a total remodel of this condo, I hired him to do EVERYTHING! His crew is amazing. They made suggestions and answered all my questions as we went along and really saw to every little detail. They painted the entire inside, did kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite and sinks throughout, 2 new tiled showers, all tile flooring, lighting, and reconstructed a living room wall. I'm probably forgetting to list something here! And the price was very reasonable. The service was excellent....all during a pandemic

He estimated it would take a week to finish the whole house, and it was exactly one week. His vinyl work crew, Saul and Rigo, were prompt, professional and courteous. I am so happy with our new floors and highly recommend this company.

I had given a deposit to another vendor, and they waited weeks to let me know that they couldn't get stock on my hardwood product in time for my project. On the recommendation of my realtor, we had pro floors come out and give us an estimate. We were up against an upcoming deadline, and I was starting to panic. The folks at Pro Floors were so easy to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and had our project done before our deadline. My wife and I bought a nice but used home that sorely needed carpet in Mesa. Our trusted real estate agent suggested we give Pro Floors a call as Mike did her own house and she was super happy. We would recommend Pro Floors with our eyes closed. Mike was always very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. His prices are super competitive( believe me, I did my homework and got many estimates).They removed all our old floors and replace them with a beautiful wood looking tile and carpet in the bedrooms. The team that Mike from Pro Floors assigned to our job did excellent work. We installed travertine and porcelain tile throughout our home. We have more curved walls than straight so it was a much more difficult installation. So the fact that their work was exceptional is even more impressive. Pricing was competitive and quality was first-rate. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Pro Floors was fabulous from my first contact with them to the completion of our job. We were moving here from out-of-state and only in town a short time for the walk-through, closing and then stayed a few days afterwards. While in town we were trying to decide on carpet and paint colors, plus line up a painter to paint the interior of our home and then the carpet to be laid, all before we moved in.

I'm still in disbelief on how wonderful this company is. We met with Mike to change the flooring in a home we are trying to sell, having many complaints about the inexpensive flooring that was installed from the previous owner. Our realtor met with him and had him give a estimate on demo and installing new carpet. We met with him on a Friday and the following Thursday a crew arrived to demo and on Friday another crew installed the product. The price was extremely reasonable and overall experience was great. Mike from Pro Floors was great to work with. We are very happy with the work Pro Floors did in our new home. They installed 1000 sq ft of laminate and did a great job. The underlayment is top of the line too. We have two types of laminate now in different parts of the house and the type Pro Floors did is very much noticeably better. I would recommend 10/10.

I just had wood tile installed in my house in the main living areas ( about 800 sq. ft.) The workers were Dino and Mike and I really appreciated the wonderful work that was done. I would recommend this company highly. Since this was a remodeled home, we had no idea on the shape of the concrete. Pro floors stuck by their contract and floors were leveled and on the high spots were grounded down.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

We had tile installed in our master bath, guest bath, and laundry room. The job was allocated 2 days, but the 2 guys working got everything done in one. The tile looks fabulous and there was no mess for us to deal with. The workers were very professional and even went out of their way to explain issues that came up.
