As a father-son family practice Skale Dental Professionals pride themselves on long-lasting professional relationships and continuing family involvement. Our office manager, Maria, has been with the office for over 25 years. Our Registered Dental Hygienist, Mollie, is a new addition and daughter of Dr. Darryl Skale and sister to Dr. Ryan Skale.
We offer the most advanced technology in cosmetic dentistry including minimal drilling porcelain veneers as well as bonding to close spaces between front teeth. We also feature full porcelain and Zirconium crowns (the latest technology in cosmetic crowns). Virtually all our restorations (fillings) are tooth colored (composite).

We accept virtually all insurance programs. We are able to provide treatment to all patients including PPO regardless of those In-network and Out-of-network. We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients' convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, CareCredit, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.

I just had my teeth cleaned by Mollie for the first time and I have to say I feel great and was totally comfortable the entire cleaning. * full disclosure she is my sister in law! It is always a pleasure seeing everyone in the office and I left with a smile. Busy mom life (and COVID times) and all, I was overdue and felt the same feeling I always do of actually looking forward to coming back in six months for my checkup. Great, pleasant and safe office visit!

I’d put off my dental checkups due to the pandemic and finally went in to see Dr Ryan Skale and his amazing hygienist, Molly today. It was a completely comfortable experience. Their office is beautiful, spotless and contemporary. And they are a great dental team! They do everything possible to give patients a positive experience!

My wife took my daughter for a cavity filling. She was numbed for it which nobody told me or my wife prior, even when my wife was sitting in the office. My daughter has never been numbed for filling at my previous dentists. I called the office and the response was very inconsistent. 1st they said that the doctor told us when we did our cleaning which was not the case, then they said that our previous dentist must have numbed her because of the size of the filling. Again I said no. then she told me straight that Doctor numbs all his patients for fillings....honesty is an issue I see. I can see another

My wife Tammy and I went to visit Ryan Skale today and were highly impressed with the dental office. Starting with Maria who was so welcoming and very helpful. The staff was also so caring and they have a great teamwork mindset and really show compassion for that clients. The office was super clean and they had the newest technology for easy viewing and explanations. Dr Skale was fantastic he was very informative and took his time to really explain my teeth and show me exactly what was done and what was needed to be done. A very honest practice and I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone

My entire family goes to Dr. Skale and we all have had fabulous experiences with our dental care. Today I received a filling for a cavity in the very back of my last molar, which is a tough spot. The entire process went literally perfect and I felt NO pain or discomfort. Dr. Ryan is very attentive with patients and I would recommend him to everyone!

I went to Dr. Ryan Skale for a crown to put on an implant. When I received the crown, it didn't look right. The color and size were off. I went to Dr. Tobias in Barrington for a second opinion, and he told me that it was a bad crown. I asked Dr. Skale for a refund, and his response was that the crown was perfect and would not give me refund. I then told him about Dr. Tobias, and he immediately changed his story. He agreed that he made a mistake and blamed it on the oral surgeon and the implant. Dr. Tobias said that the implant was fine, and I received a beautiful new crown. Although

I always appreciate the Skale Dental family. I feel like I am part of the team when The Skales work on my teeth. They are always so friendly and helpful and do a great job taking care of my teeth, with all the coffee, wine, candy and other stuff... I am excited to make my 6 month check up. They always give a goody bag with brushes and tooth paste. I am going back in 2 days to get a tooth bonded, I'm glad they were able to squeeze me in so soon! 5 stars all around.

5 stars across the board. Both Dr. Skale and Dr. Skale are highly trained professionals with the bedside manner that many dentists lack. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I got a text reminder for my appointment, and they contacted my insurance and took care of everything . I was scared to go to the dentist after a couple years of not having a permanent dentist . I now have a permanent dentist. The office has next level technological advancement. Dr Ryan Skale is the son of a father & son practice, he did a wonderful job wholisticly assessing my bite and the issues I have, he was conservative, realistic, and transparent with me. He even did the cleaning himself which I liked, he seemed to gain a better understanding of my teeth that way. I'm glad to have found him!

I went to Skale Dental after recommendation from my brother. I went to have the filling put in after having a root canal. To start off, the staff was rude. Once the dentist came back, he was very arrogant and did not want to be working with me at all. Once starting on my tooth, he consistently told me that my tooth could crack and shatter at any moment, not the thing you want to hear while he's actually working on the tooth. After finishing, he told me that it could still break whenever, and if it does, they won't be able to fit me in for at least 24 hours so I'll have to go that

I can't say enough good things about this office! I recently left my regular dentist because I was unhappy and have had a problem for over 2 years that has gone untreated. I heard about Skale Dental through a family friend and I am so happy I did! Dr. Skale (both father and son) have looked at my mouth and have gone out of their way to resolve my problem. Absolutely love this office! I was a new patient seeing Dr. Ryan Skale but his father Dr. Darryl Skale, who has been practicing for 30+ years, made sure to introduce himself. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is great too! The dental hygienist is Dr. Skale's daughter and Dr. Ryan's sister. She did an extremely thorough job cleaning my teeth. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was one of the most traumatic dental experiences ever. I've never been afraid to go to the dentist, and I certainly will not be returning. The X-Ray technician was inexperienced and had to do several attempts to get the x-rays and didn't make for an easy experience. However, Dr. Darryl Skale was informative of what he was doing in his techniques, his staff didn't seem as knowledgable.
