Services
The Learning Center teachers make sure our students have plenty of time to play. Children learn best through play and exploration. Infants and toddlers develop socially and emotionally through play and interaction with peers. Outdoor play promotes toddler motor development and imaginative play encourages their cognitive awareness.
A: We are a year round program. A: The teacher to child ratio is 1 to 4 under the age of 3 and 1 to 10 over the age of three. All individuals working in a childcare facility are required to undergo a criminal background check as well as a background check with the Department of Children and Families.
I (we) hereby authorize The Windsor Learning Center, Inc., to charge my credit card for the payment of fees associated with the care for my child. The amount of the charge (each week) will be in the amount of my weekly fee for such childcare services and/or any and all amounts that become two weeks past due.
The Learning Center is seeking childcare teachers for infant, toddler, and center float positions. Full time and part time opportunities are available. Open positions are available in all of our locations. We are looking for caring, creative, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our growing team.

I want to share a positive review for all parents to read . My daughter and son attend The Learning Center and Janet and Polly are very professional all the time. I'm grateful to have this group of people take excellent care of both of my children.
It saddens me that people get upset and frustrated due to lack of child care and use google to make negative comments. I work in the human service field and take into consideration that we are in the middle of a pandemic trying to keep everyone safe. Please don't be discouraged by the negative reviews.

Called this morning to check and see where my daughter is at on waiting list. Just to be told that they have openings but can’t tell me anything because there isn’t any staff. The lady was very unprofessional and had an attitude saying we can’t just hire people off the streets. How do you speak to an interested parent in that nature because you guys are understaffed. The professionalism tells me I don’t want these people caring for my child at this point. Take pride in how you speak to people trying keep your center in business.

Having a complicated work schedule, this place works perfectly for my 4 year old and I. She’s constantly coming home talking about her teacher, Ms. Donna. Also, we all feel a bit uneasy having to leave our children in someone else’s care. But, being able to see pictures of the fun she’s having through the school’s app is such a relieve.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with The Learning Center.
My son started daycare in 2015 when he was 1 years old and stayed until he was ready for kindergarten. He transition well within the daycare and staff were awesome to me and my family. I recently had my daughter and decided to have her attend the daycare at four months old. I was so happy to have the same staff take care of her. Mrs. Kathy, Mrs. Polly and Janet are not just daycare providers, but awesome educators. I’m super appreciate of their hard work with meeting all my expectations and communicating effectively

So thankful for the staff at the learning center in Manchester. My little guy has food allergies and they are very attentive to his needs. He loves going to see his friends both big and small. You can see the staff genuinely care about each child and enjoy their job. Every staff member always has a smile on their face. Love this place!

Today marks one year since my daughter has been attending TLC. I waited a year to write this review so I can be particular, and honest. First, I must thank all the wonderful staff at TLC for their hard work. So far, they have been awesome, I have absolutely no complaints. I made the best decision when I chose TLC for my daughter (She is 2). She has improved in every area of her development. I love the brightwheel app that they use to communicate during the day. They uploads pictures, activities and all which is a plus in my book because while I am at work I know what is going on. She looks forward

We have enrolled our oldest child in the Learning Center in Manchester, CT, nearly five years ago. The staff is very loving and caring. They are a joy to interact with. We feel that they provide an excellent environment for children to learn, grow and have fun. We have our youngest child enrolled, and they adore the staff. We would highly recommend it to any family looking for child care.

The staff at Manchester Learning Center are amazing. They made my daughter (1yr) feel right at home. They assisted me with potty training her early, and really developed a bond with her. I feel very at ease knowing my daughter is in such great care.

So we started coming to this daycare since my daughter was 13wks old. She is now 3 years old and she loves coming to “school”! She has a huge smile on her face when we walk into her class, she loves all her teachers here. Everyone who works there knows us and makes us feel welcomed everyday! I am extremely happy with the staff and how they interact with the children here. They send updates and pictures of the kids which helps ease some of the anxiety when away from your child. I recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for responsible, caring, family oriented daycare or learning center
