I graduated from The Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico (now known as The Santa Fe School of Massage), in 2006, and today I am licensed in the states of New Hampshire and Florida. I am further certified for Cranial Sacral therapy, Tui Na Energy bodywork, and Therapeutic Qigong instruction.

Medical Massage treatment is directed to help resolve conditions diagnosed by a medical doctor and/or physical therapist. This type of massage focuses on rehabilitation and is designed to help your body feel. Tui Na massage has been used in China for more than 2,000 years, and it carries the same underlying principles as Acupuncture treatment.
Qigong is the oldest traditional Chinese Energy exercise that has been practiced over many centuries. Therapeutic Qigong has been researched and tested to help with aging gracefully, boosting your energy levels, enhancing longevity of life, supporting and improving your internal organs/skin/hair, refining your balance with movement & coordination, and reduces anxiety and depression feelings.
