Established in 1983 A family owned business since 1983, All Weather Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded by Tom & Ida McKeown. The McKeown's started the business out of their home and in 1987 purchased Taper Heating from Bill & Lillian Collyer.
Growing, in the early 1990's, they purchased the building 302 Kemp Street which was first of 3 buildings which now make up the current All Weather facility. In 2011 Tom & Ida's daughter, Jeanne' Sparks, succeeded her parents and continued on the tradition. In 2014 Jeanne' and husband Jeff Sparks, together with Dustin Halverson, purchased the company.

All Weather crew just installed beautiful Mitsubishi heat pumps in our old until now wood heated house here in Port Townsend. Wonderful service. Professional and very respectful workers. Excellent and clean workmanship. Nicely placed. Electricians very pro and thorough as well. I highly recommend All Weather. Their bid was also very competitive and reasonable. The team at AWHC was great to deal with. Shared all available options to upgrade our 19 year old system that was starting to fail and we upgraded to a modern system. The crew was on time the bid was accurate and the install took the time they predicted. Very professional and great support after install for any questions we’ve had regarding the new system. I called All Weather with a bit of an emergency when my propane furnace lost all power. Shannon showed up early just a few hours later. Courteous, friendly, and obviously competent. Its a pleasure watching someone work who knows exactly what to look for and quickly find the right solution. He went beyond the original problem and optimized my propane pressure to make my unit run cleaner and more efficient. Talented guy. Thanks.
